Review: 1. Advantages: The hotel is clean, beautiful, well-equipped, conveniently located, and has parking for cars. The staff at the hotel are enthusiastic and attentive.n2. Limitations that need adjustment: The staff at the car parking area is very indifferent and unhelpful, not guiding customers when they come to park their cars (when I drove in to the barrier, the staff sitting there saw me but acted as if nothing was happening... I had to get out of the car, go in and ask, then they handed me the parking ticket without saying anything...).

Positive points: The hotel overall was wonderful and the reception staff was the most wonderful too..sure I will come back next time when l visit Hanoi in the near future 💐💐

Review: Great place to stay, the buffet breakfast is very good, the room was nice and spacious for our family of 4. Staff are exceptional, very helpful and friendly! Ideal location - walking distance to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Positive points: The executive 1-bedroom is very spacious. Overall, the hotel is very well maintained. The lounge with the rooftop is nice to grab a coffee from the self-serve espresso machine in the morning. The gym is decent, with nice views of Hanoi. Great staff. We appreciated the care and attention given to guests.

Review: Find better alternative for lower prices in the surrounding area. Also staff was pretty lethargic.Room Service only one restaurant serving sushi.Hotel is dated and obsolete in infrastructure.

Review: 관광을 위해 왔다면 위치는 그다지 좋지는 않지만 그랩 부르면 되니 크게 상관은 없었습니다.n내부 넓고 깔끔하구요. 안에 건조기능 있는 세탁기가 있어 장기투숙시에 빨래 하기에 좋습니다.n1층에 바로 하이랜드가 있어 아침에 간단히 커피마시기 좋습니다.n호텔 바로 옆에 반미집이 있는데 맛있다고 하네요 (먹어보진 않음)n조식 미포함이지만 불편하진 않았습니다.

Positive points: The location is great! Room is nice and clean. I would be happier if there is a shower instead of bathtub because my limitation geti in and out of the bathtub is difficult. And I also want couple more chairs to sit with my relative when they visit.
