Granda Legend Apartment

Review: This is my second time here, and it's still impressive like the first time. The hotel room is spacious and clean, the staff takes good care, and the price is very reasonable.

Positive points: Negative: unclear when the roller doors close at night time. There is a phone number on the back of your keycard you can call if you get locked out, but they don't necessarily pick up quickly. Water dispenser a bit mouldy at the outlet so bought my own drinking water. Shower tap/Water took a while to heat up. npositive: great location (but note: Grab taxis, for some reason don't drive down the alley at the Granda entrance. You should meet them at nearby hotel 'Somerset', approximately - easier meeting point). Close to Circle K for food and drink. Good price compared to other hotels. also, it's spacious. nnVerdict: would return again :)

Review: The apartments offer everything you need. Laundry and cleaning is daily and there is a water fountain in every apartment.

Positive points: Quiet and cozy room.

Review: I booked this accommodation due to the stellar reviews for this apartment. Overall would recommend for those wanting to experience more of the local life rather than a touristy area like the old quarter. nnPros: Housekeeping every day, the housekeeper is super lovely and respectful. nnShower is hot, good water pressure, toiletries minus conditioner providednnFridge, microwave, cooking utensils and cutlery provided + dishwash sponge and soap, towelsnn19L Water dispenser in the room! The hot tap works well but the 'cold' tap is room temperature at best. nnMany shops and restaurants within walking distance as well as a market across the big road. nnCons: lots of noise from the road, noise can be heard from neighbours, TV connection not the best. nnDoor to the toilet did not shut properly from the inside, so if you need privacy be aware.nnNo way to let anyone know to 'do not disturb'. If you are a night owl and need a sleep-in, the housekeeper may awake you in the morningnnReceptionists not always available and can be around at different hours depending on the day, English proficiency is low.nnOverall, highly recommend!
