Super OYO Capital O 1169 Le Grand Hanoi Hotel - The Charm

Review: My husband and I are very pleased with the room as well as the cleanliness and the attitude of the staff here. Everything is good. The room is clean, the hotel is fresh and bright, the TV doesn't have Netflix or a connection to the phone, which is a bit disappointing. The location is convenient for getting around, but the alleys are small, so if you drive, you might have to park outside. We will return next time.

Positive points: It is at good quality for me though not new. And I like its bright and gentle style.

Review: Nhân viên lễ tân rất thái độ với khách, hỗ trợ không nhiệt tình. Ngày đầu vì chăn bẩn sẵn nên mình có gọi nhân viên hỗ trợ thay chăn nhưng đưa cho mình tấm ga giường bắt mình lồng vô. Đồ như tăm bông trong nhà tắm cũng không fill mặc dù dọn dẹp hàng ngày. Nói chung là sẽ không bao giờ quay lại.

Review: Booking on the app and confirming the order is very quick. The entrance is a bit small and located deep inside, suitable only for motorcycles. The room was clean with no issues however, the amenities are still lacking compared to a 3-star hotel, with not enough bathrobes (the room is for 2 people but has only 1), the bedside lamp cannot be turned on, and the TV should have Netflix or a movie-watching app.

Review: Not too bad of a room although we have stayed in nicer places for cheaper. Staff is not super friendly, although helpful but could be because of the language barrier. Hotel is located in an alley close to a Main Street so the location is a little interesting and there is some construction next door. Room is decently clean. I would suggest staying closer to the Old Quarter or French Quarter area to be closer to everything as this hotel is about a half an hour drive out of the way!
