Review: I stayed at this hotel two times. Last year, I enjoyed the location and breakfast. This year, not so much. Breakfast was just ok. The room smelled like smoking even though it was a non-smoking room. But the worse, there was a cockroach in the bathroom on the last day. Staff is always friendly. The Pilot Craft Beer is not associated with the hotel, service was not good
Positive points: Breakfast is good and with decent choices cafe barista needs training for good coffee
Negative points: exhaust fan not strong enough to fan away smells room is dated and requires major design configuration/renovation simple is best in the event that a reno is done hotel's attempt to please with ostentatious and over-the-top design is so passe furnishings needs big upgrade to bring it to 21st century gold decor is too much location is far from Old Quarter did not feel the joy of a proud hotel staff showcasing the hotel made me feel that customer service (i.e. training) is not a priority to hotel management.

Positive points: Was here for a conference. Not many other options nearby. Breakfast was fine, though it would be nice if they changed the menu a bit more. The sauna was nice.
Negative points: For the prices charged, the place is not great value. Wallpaper coming off the walls. Exposed wires to the TV. The place is looking quite tired and really needs a makeover. Room was big but very sparsely furnished.

Negative points: The aircon temperature was preset and could not be adjusted by the guest to suit their liking.

Review: Breakfast is not varied and not tasty yet. But it's okay. The hotel is clean, quiet, so it's worth a visit.

Negative points: The facilities were kind of outdated, though its a 5 star hotel. Everything was Ok, but too worn out. The men shower in the swimming pool wasn't working. I told it to a staff, they just smiled to me as they knew about it already but no action.
Review: We requested for non smoking room but the entire floor and room reaked of cigarettes and found cigarettes butts on the floor. When we told the staff they dissed our feedback and said we're already in non smoking room. nnBed was hard and only given 1 small pillow per person. My neck was so sore. nnWe also found cockroaches running around everywhere including our tea cups.nnThe only pro that I enjoyed was access to the sauna and gym.

Review: I will stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi. The buffet was great and there were some nice restaurants within close walking distance.
