Positive points: I stayed at Luxeden Hotel during my trip to Hanoi and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and cafes. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the calm atmosphere of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Review: Have been booking the same hotel for all my business trips in Hanoi whenever possible.nNice staff, great location with lots of restaurants around.nnAnd this trip wanted to try out Banh Mi in Hanoi and went to Banh Mi Pho (less than 5 mins walk from hotel).nIt's great and the price is not expensive. Go try if you happen to be staying here!

Review: It's a nice stay but slightly away from the action, even all the tour operators ask you to come to old quarters to start the tour. So, added to and fro taxi fare on a daily basis. The hotel should have a free shuttle to old quarters in the morning and evening to attract more customers and better serve them. Otherwise no issues.

Review: I had a layover and just needed a 1 night stay. Luxeden is in a nice area of town and was simple and straight forward. No complaints here!
