Review: Stayed for 3 nights. Upgraded room for the last 2, cheaper room has no view. Staff were very good. Food was good.

Positive points: absolutely love the bathtub and room amenities. it’s excellent for couple or family who wants to take a short break from work, release stress by enjoying the soaking bath tub filled with bubbles and crystal clear swimming pool. the room is clean and bright.

Review: The front desk staffs especially a young man who can speak English well is exceptionally attentive to my feedback and act on any requests immediately. nnThe other staffs are also very friendly and helpful except that they are not so well versed in English. nnI had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The international breakfast buffet was great with a wide variety of food choices. nnThe only disadvantage is that the location of the hotel is not easily accessible to the city area.

Positive points: excellent cleanliness, buffet breakfast has lots of options and some of the food tastes delicious. The bed linen is extremely comfortable and skin-soft which makes me feel cozy. They even provide shaving kit , which is very suitable for me who comes to hanoi for work. it is not as noisy as old quarter as well. if you are here for work and require serenity for brainstorming, this place is highly recommended.

Review: We had a wonderful vacation here. The hotel is in a great location, convenient for walking and has strong Wi-Fi connection. The room was cleaned daily and the staff was very enthusiastic and friendly. Excellent facilities with a large swimming pool and convenient shopping amenities. Everything is worth the price.
