Review: Our group was upgraded to a free room, which is spacious and clean. There was a slight issue with cold water, but the staff handled it relatively quickly. Overall, it is suitable for the cost.

Review: The hotel is new, well-equipped, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They helped me with food and even lent me a motorbike. Next time I have the chance to go to Ha Long, I will come back.

Review: Highly Recommend this place for everyone, the bedroom is spacious with windows, good for family with children, the location is a little bit confusing since a lot of housing look a like.
