Review: Very accommodating staff

Positive points: Location. In the middle of old quarter. Very close to where most pick up tourism buses location. The staff, Ms Hana is so nice and friendly. She helps us a lot throughout our stay. Keep up the good work, Ms Hana.

Review: Located right in the Old Quarter on a nice walkable street with many restaurants. Rooms are big, modern and very comfortable. Only 2 rooms on each floor. Now the staff, I have travelled all over the world and the staff in this hotel are amazing. Hannah, is probably the most incredible and knowledgeable person I have met working in a hotel, an absolute gem. I assume she is the manager, friendly and approachable.. Flora is wonderful and helpful and is Chum. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Positive points: -Super hospitable and friendly staff. Hannah went the extra mile to get us a small bag of coffee as a token before we left for the airport. The staff is very friendly.
-Room is spacious enough and well maintained.
-Hotel is located in the center of almost everything we wanted to explore in the city. We walked everywhere to our destinations. 2 minute walk to the lake. So convenient!
-ATM machines are just around the corner.

They helped with rides to and from the airport, recommended food spots and tourist sites to see. Anytime I'm staying in Hanoi, I stay at Splendid Hotel

Positive points: The staff are friendly and helpful. We asked through whatsapp for late lunch recommendations, and they quickly replied with a delishious place that was opened near me.

Review: The young lady who manages reception, Ms. Hanna is God-Sent and super helpful. From the time I booked this hotel, I got regular communication from her side about the confirmation and she also promptly answered all of my queries even before reaching vietnam. They were giving us the option of airport pickup at a very reasonable price but we forgot to prebook it and took a cab from the airport. When we reached the hotel, we were short on money. Without even asking, Hannah v.quickly helped us out in a tricky situation by giving the shortage amount to the driver without poking us even once about paying back the amount. She is a lovely lady and offers just the kind of assistance you need in a foreign country with a language barrier. I mean, hotel location and room is also nice but her hospitality won our heart ❤️

Review: Nice little hotel. Doesn’t have all the amenities but if you’re looking for a decent room close to all the action, then this hotel is perfect. If you prefer more space in your room, get the rooms facing out back of the hotel. Rooms with two beds can be a bit tight for space.

Positive points: Location Location Location. Add to that very friendly staff and large room with a nice view.
