Review: Great location and facilities. Room was full of flying insects perpetually including mosquitoes which was very annoying but staff and facilities balanced it out. PLEASE ensure room service teams address mosquitoes in the rooms. Otherwise wonderful.
Positive points: Location was spot on, and the size of the room that offers a fully equipped pantry was indeed a plus point compared to hotel rooms. The room was comfy and came with the Han River View.
Negative points: The checkout reception was late for work, causing a backlog of customers wishing to checkout. I was concerned that it might cause a delay which could affect our schedule to the airport. I hope the maintenance staff will repaint all the water stains on the wall near the window areas and at the pantry. They're an eye sore!
Review: Pretty convenient to stay closed to Han Market and yet super view in front of the building. Spa was perfect with professional therapist. Worthful to stay.
Positive points: Location maybe
Negative points: The view is not like in the photos. The bathroom has a strange sliding door. A lot of noise and wind through the windows.

Positive points:
I am staying a second time in the same room, best room in the hotel, as it has a perfect view over the river. the room is spacious and comfortable, with a kitchinet (dishes, microwave, refrigerator, cooker,eating ustensile, sink), a decent bathroom (hair dryer), AC/fan, good WIFI, free bottled water, TV, and is cleaned regularly.
And the location is amazing, close to all downtown, and has a spa and a killer coffee place downstairs.
Negative points: The safety lock is a bit faulty, and the room seems to have been a bit affected by the weather last year, but in generally is clean.

Negative points: The sound proofing was horrible. Could hear guests talking and closing the door outside late at night and early in the morning. And it should be stated clearly that the hotel charges and extra 3.4% for payment. Even if it is a bank charge. Extremely slow lift
Review: Location was superb. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Just a step away from Han market.
Positive points: Superb location, walking distance to many eateries, river cruise, dragon bridge and shopping.
Negative points: Room is clean with good view to the Han river.

The room I booked came with a kitchenette and slanted view of the river. Although the bedroom area was spacious the toilet was a little small.
The hotel is next to the famous Hàn Market unfortunately if you wake too early there is no food close by unless you don't mind 1 or 2 stalls in the market which doesn't smell pleasant.
Positive points: We liked the modern look of the room and the view of the river and bridge from our 7th floor room. Breakfast is great! Everyday is a different vietnamese noodle dish and there is eggs cooked fresh however way you like.
Negative points:
Breakfast is actually served at their sister site, 1-2min walk.
The TV didn't work, we didn't bother to ask for it to be fixed. But during breakfast, we heard other guest complaining that their TV didn't work either. Maybe it was an on the day thing(?)
Review: This part of Da Nang is quite noisy and packed with tourists mostly from Korea. Noise from the local market woke me around 5.30am. The room is great except for the TV: it showed Tom Cruise loudly every time I entered the room, which is why I would never stay here again. The staff should provide the wifi code inside the room.
Positive points: These apartments are as amazing as they look on the pictures. They are spacious, clean and feel very safe. There is a ceiling fan and also air con. Towels and shower gel / shampoo are provided and they even put out little dental kits . The location is good you can see the dragon bridge from the reception.

Da Nang is a noisy city! And you're in the center of it.
We had a flickering light in the Bathroom, but it was on a different circuit to the rest, so could be switched off very easily.
Nothing too drastic then!!

Tôi có ấn tượng ban đầu rất tốt về vị trí và bài trí khu vực tầng dưới.
Tuy nhiên sự kết hợp các dịch vụ trong cùng 1 tòa nhà nhỏ lại cho tôi cảm giác chật chội. Các xe đẩy đồ dọn phòng tại lối đi thang bộ rất là mất cảm tình. Khu vực lễ tân khá là nóng.
Tuy nhiên vị trí rất phù hợp, các dịch vụ spa, ăn uống, mua sắm thuận tiện.

Information about city centre lacking knowledge. Rooms although clean need updating. First day water bottles seal cracked open, second day water bottles did not crack seal water smell in bottle bad a nd taste terrible as if the had been re filled. Mention to receptionist not sure if she understood but all she said was we will improve, really almost like accepting it happens. Very noisy at night we were on level six, light party every night defendant no sound proffered windows, if light sleeper or with kids good luck.
Breakfast although states they do Is Not served at property it’s served at sister hotel about 3-5 walk.
Breakfast bacon already cooked and sitting on tray, thought it was for display asked if I could have freshly made told no, so I asked if it’s ok to eat cold bacon as I don’t know when or how long it’s been sitting. Told only eggs cooked on the spot.
Percolated coffee was burnt and bitter as if it had been re heated so bad, not only one serval other people just left it, one person spat it back in cup.
