Review: Clean quiet central location. Extraordinary staff, recepttionist and waiters. Breakfast with high quality of food, pressed fresh juices
Positive points: I love the location. It's not on a touristy street, although lively with money changers and motorbike upholsterers. But its right in the middle, between the Palace of literature and citadel in one direction, and the old quarter the other ... 10 to 15 mins to each. Right next to train street. The breakfast is very good, both western and Vietnam choices.
Negative points: Staff a bit pushy sometimes for our plans. We knew what we wanted to do, if we required help we will ask. Stayed here before and we had a lovely room, with double bed in our Junior double. This time we had a double bed and a single. I didn't complain, but the extra bed takes up a lot of room and we didn't want that extra bed. It's not the room we booked. Had a lot of hassle booking. I contacted the hotel directly, and they said they didn't have rooms available. But I had already seen that rooms were available on booking.com. So I booked on booking com. There was a lot of back and forth telling me to cancel our booking because there were no rooms, and I refused, before they eventually accepted my booking. What a pain.

Negative points: Not really a didn't like, just need to let the water run in the shower for a couple of minutes for the water to warm up.
Review: Hotel was great, room was clean and spacious. Location was ideal, near to all the tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful and polite, well versed in English, special thanks to Luca the receptionist for his wonderful assistance during my stay at the hotel. Will definitely come back to San Premium Hotel for my next visit to Hanoi. Thumbs Up 👍
Positive points: Staff were very friendly and helpful room was huge for 2 people. Location was in a quiet street in the Old Quarter
Negative points: Minor: If you join a tour, the tour bus doesn’t stop right in front of thr hotel. You need to walk a few meters.

Very nice clean hotel with all necessary amenities. Rooms are a bit small but managable , breakfast is awesome and each and every staff is well behaved and friendly.
Positive points: The breakfast buffet was great! It included both Vietnamese and Western options.

Communications was a bit slow but Macie dealt competently with my group's mess of bookings (9 rooms spread over 5 bookings). All went well in the end, though I had to move room during my stay.
San Premium is a popular hotel, it was full during our stay. The breakfast buffet is good but was occasionally overwhelmed (ran out of seats).
Location is good with access from both sides of hotel from 2 streets. However, that is also a problem as there can be confusion as to which is correct pick/meet up address!
Staff was helpful in arranging Grab to airport without mark ups.
Positive points: We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! The staff were so incredibly kind - they remembered our names ever since check in and were always so friendly and helpful. After a long day of activities, it was so nice to come back to the comfort of the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was also perfect! We had all the amenities we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and we could login to Netflix on the tv which was awesome! Location was also fantastic, <5 minute walk to train street!
Negative points: Our room didn’t have a window - but many of the rooms do so if this is important to you just check before you book :)

Positive points: Good value gym is not what you see in the pics it’s tiny rooms are tiny but you are not paying a fortune it’s good valve for what you are paying staff are good polite rest room is good if you don’t mind the size rooms are small definitely if you are working with budget and don’t care about the size of the room then good option
Negative points: Falsified information showing gym big when you turn up it’s like smaller than a shoe box

Lack of cleanliness . Very dusty and dirty shower . Wr had to wipe the floor clean as it had dirty marks on it
Also the adjoining room was very noisy and unacceptable . As we and there other guests staying in the adjoining room could hear everything . Was extremely noisy at times , both morning and night
No windows in the room . Felt very claustrophobic
