8.0 Everything was great except the damp in bedroom. - Angela 19-01-2025

Positive points: The rooms were big and comfortable. View of beach from room was wonderful. And staff were very attentive and friendly and helpful.

Negative points: Bit of damp rising in bedroom hidden by curtains.

Positive points: Rooms were very comfortable and staff helpful. The pool is enormous and gym is very good also. Breakfast was excellent.

Negative points: A few things could have done with a mild refresh, we had dinner twice in the hotel- there was a very broad choice bit on one occasion we had to wait for a bit- that said, our bill was discounted for this without my complaining we weren’t in a particular rush so this was nice. The hotel is a bit out of town and the area seems to have seen better days- there are a few abandoned hotels adjacent.

Positive points: Spacious, modern villa. Large pool and shuttle bus to the town. A good range of food in the breakfast buffet.

Negative points: Food service slow, waited 1 hour for potato wedges. We used the gym and would have liked a rowing erg in there.

Positive points: Pretty much everything! Very luxurious, nice rooms, amazing complimentary spa, delicious breakfast,comfortable beds, great service with very friendly staff

Negative points: Location is a bit out of town so best to go in the warmer months!

8.0 The most awesome Renaissance in Hoi An: she's a beauty - Brian 20-11-2024

Positive points: The only downside was the location, it is a little 'remote' and then in the off-season, they close a restaurant and other facilities so you are captive in a minimalistic space. But the old town is a mere Grab away so super-easy to go explore. The food in the resto was seriously delicious (try the Pho). The staff were just wonderful and our room was wow, overlooking the sea from the bath was iconic. Amazing value for money for such a beautiful hotel. We'll absolutely be going back. It was an under-cool space.

Negative points: A tad remote. Nowhere to walk to for a drink on the beach and such, plus there is no beach at the resort. But again it is a quick Grab away and hey presto you're in the old town and on the river. It's super easy to transport back and forth, so again IU call out the remoteness is really not an issue at all. There's even a seafood restaurant 'arcade' just up the road which has seafood galore: spoilt for choice in fact. Just ask for Silk Restaurant where the do the weddings and take you pick of resto.

Review: 다낭 호이안 관광은 너무 더워서 힘들고 짜증났지만 여기 리조트 온 그순간부터는 너무 행복했고 좋았습니다. 청결하고 넓고 바다가 보이는 전망. 모든것이 완벽했습니다. 조식도 붐빔없이 여유롭게 먹었네요.다시 가고싶습니다

Positive points: The staff were so friendly and always there to help with anything straight away. The buffet breakfast was phenomenal, the best I’ve ever experienced. We stayed at a 3br villa with a private pool which was ultimate luxury with a stunning view. The courtesy shuttle bus into Hoi An was useful. Would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back for another stay.

Review: This was my absolute favorite hotel during our stay in Vietnam. Super luxurious, great rooms, delicious food and above all amazing staff.

Their pool with the basketball hoop and handball net are great way to keep yourself entertained.

Loved that we could borrow bikes to ride around the property, the gym is amazing and the staff were super helpful all the time.

Also a great little activities room to play pool or table tennis.

We had an amazing time!
