Phoenix homestay hoi an

Review: Too many things to mention, how poor our stay was. We won't be back . Two and a half months in Vietnam, the worst. She even made me pay cash no warning about not being able to use credit card.

Positive points: Home vibe

Review: We were warmly welcomed by our host Emily. She is very accommodating and helpful with my concerns. Everything is very homey including our breakfast. The place is very clean and smells fresh. I didn't see any insects around. A very peaceful place with few walks away from minimarts and pharmacy. I also availed the roundtrip transfers which is much lower than Grab and Da Nang taxi rates. I highly recommend Phoenix Homestay. Looking forward to stay here on my 3rd visit.

Review: The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Generous breakfast. Emily the owner is very nice and speaks english very well.

Positive points: Local homestay in a local and non-touristy neighbourhood offering spacious clean rooms with A/C, fan and balcony. The location is about 7 minutes by GRAB to Hoi An old town or 10 minutes to An Bang beach, fairly quiet with limited restaurant options nearby. Bikes are available as well. Hostess Emily is as awesome as she is bubbly, always eager to have a chat and to help. Unbeatable value for this price. Recommend and would return if ever coming back to Hoi An.

Review: The place was nice enough. I was super exhausted and fell asleep as soon as I got my key. After visiting the old town I returned to find the gate lock. I was startled, Noone mentioned locked gates at a certain time. I slept past breakfast but the host made a breakfast for me anyway. Unfortunately I was not able to get a second cup of coffee😥. I didn't except much so the room was fine. For some reason, although the room looked clean, I didn't feel as if it were truly clean, so I slept in my close, on top on the sheets. She did reserve an excellent driver back to DaNang. Overall it was a 6 out of 10 for me.

Positive points: Emily was amazing! Made our lives so much easier can plan anything you want a tour, cooking class taxis at a great price too! Stay here comfy beds breakfast was great! Thanks so much!!

Review: My Stay at Phoenix Homestay from 17th - 19th April 2024 was fantastic. The owner Emily was so kind and welcoming . The whole property was so well designed & decorated with paintings & plants which feels like home away from home . The breakfast in the morning was very nice to start my day. I highly recommend  phoenix homestay to everyone who visits Hoi An as it's a beautiful property & very quiet as well. Emily also arranged our drop to Da Nang airport from her place which was very smooth. Emily thank you so much for everything, you made our stay so wonderful at your home. Will surely visit again and recommend to all my friends visiting Hoi An.

Positive points: I loved the location, it's not quite in main city but it's madness in main town ! It's about 10 min bicycle ride from homestay, a bit quieter in a smaller like suburb! It was such a clean place! , everything was clean , breakfast was so good to, that heated up fresh bun was the best to put your eggs into in the morning! The lady there was made for hospitality, she was so good at it and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping you on anything needed, the free bicycles onsite are awesome, ..I highly recommend this place and I'd deff stay again !"Thanks Emily , the lady at bus stop didn't want to have a coffee with me..ha ha ha..

Positive points: Wow! The best stay in Vietnam with the most welcoming people and great friendly atmosphere! The location is perfect, bicycles are free to use to go into the old town which is only a 5 minute journey! The breakfast is perfect and the host (Emily) is so kind and helpful with anything you may need during your stay!
The cleanliness was exceptional, clean sheets, spotless rooms and the only place we have stayed with no ants or a single bad thing within the room:)
We recommend this 1000% to anyone coming to Hoi an! We can’t wait to come back:)
The location is on a quiet road too but walking distance from restaurants and small shops so it is ideal, we are two young female travellers and didn’t feel unsafe once here:)
