I stayed here a week and had a motorbike rented elsewhere, so it's very easy to get to both Hội An's old town and the An Bang beach.
The family is very friendly and helpful, and in the evenings everyone go to bed quite early. So this is probably not a place for any party people, but more mature or quiet travellers.
Positive points: Nothing.
Negative points: Location is far, far from the downtown hoi an, near a bunch of tombs, not convenient at all. Facility is old and barely approaching average and room is kinda small.

New, clean accommodation with both fan and AC located in a quiet neighbourhood, 10min walk from the bus station. Bicycles free to use, old city and the beach a short ride away.
The owner who speaks English was rarely around so sometimes we didn't have a chance to ask questions. The gate is closed early so not for those who like a night out.
Review: Mình đặt nhầm giường đơn trong phòng dorm, đến nơi cô chủ đổi cho mình sang phòng đơn 2 giường còn ko thêm tiền. Cô chủ còn niềm nở, vui vẻ. Thật sự rất cảm ơn.
Review: Cảm ơn rất nhiều vì lưu trú của chúng tôi. Chủ nhà cho chúng tôi mượn xe máy của anh ấy trong vài ngày và họ rất sẵn lòng. Bạn đã làm cho kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi rất đáng nhớ. Merci beaucoup! ❤️❤️
Review: Trải nghiệm thực sự tệ! Nhân viên thô lỗ và cắt điện thoại của tôi nhiều lần vì tôi nói tiếng Anh. Phải tìm người địa phương Việt Nam để gọi cho họ và ngay cả khi đó nhân viên vẫn rất thô lỗ. Nếu bạn đang tìm kiếm một trải nghiệm tốt, hãy bỏ qua nơi này!
