Green Hill Hotel

Positive points: This hotel was more than awesome! It has everything you need: nice, clean rooms, delicious breakfast (Pho was our favorite), pleasent pool, free bikes.

An absolutely charming host, so helpful and attent to our needs (eg. she offered us umbrellas on a rainy day and raincoats when we went cycling). She helped us to organize a driver to My Son, as well as recommended restaurants and attractions around the city. Also, very responsive on WhatsApp when needed to discuss anything when not in the hotel.

We planned to stay 2 nights, extended to 3 nights as it was so perfect.

100% recommended!

Positive points: I arrived 6am in the morning and my check-in time was 2pm, this was no issue at all. Thank you for all the help!

Positive points: It was honestly such a lovely stay! Great clean room, brekkie was delicious and the location was perfect since it’s near both the old town and the beach!
On a special note we can say Miss Ý was absolutely amazing, she helped us book all the best events and trips and was so kind. Def appreciated how she made us feel welcomed and pampered! Thank you Ý!

Positive points: I was given a room upgrade. The staff especially Ms Y was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was substantial. There was even a bicycle to use for free. I would have given Green Hill Hotel a perfect 10 score if not for the above annoyances.

Review: Excellent customer service. The hotel is new. Water pressure is strong in the shower, the hot water is working. The breakfast is delicious and makes you full. Y, the main concierge is very friendly and showed excellent Customer service. The staff really work hard to provide the best stay experience for us. The location is easily accessible to the park, banks, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. It's perfect. Great job! Thank you 👍

Positive points: The receptionists are very welcoming, polite and helpful. Communication is easy in English. It’s a small hotel, very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We love the convenient location close to the local market, restaurants, spas and gyms. We enjoyed the breakfast for a week and the free bicycles to the beach. We extended a long stay and can definitely recommend this lovely and peaceful hotel.
