Positive points: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. The hotel is well located and within walking distance of all the main attractions/ old town. Excellent Gym with a wide range of free weights and pool area comfortable.

Positive points: This is our second time back after a stellar stay last year. The staff were just as warm and welcoming as before, and we loved our stay. Can't stress how convenient the location is: a quick walk or bike ride to the old town (but not in it, which we like), and also a quick walk or bike to the beautiful rice fields. The Golden Holiday Hotel takes great pride in their breakfast, which is fresh, delicious, and well-presented. We also loved our top-level corner room — nice and peaceful, and comfy. There's a reason why the Golden Holiday Hotel has such high ratings — the staff are mind and genuine people who take great care and pride in their work and the guest experience. We will of course be back again.

Positive points: One of the friendliest hotels we have ever stayed in. From the minute you arrive you are treated as a friend.
We wanted a nice quiet relaxing time after staying in hectic Saigon and Da Nang, and we a little worried when we first went to the room as there seemed to be a karaoke competition across the road. But from about 9pm everything settled down and we slept really well.
Breakfast was really good. Pool was fine and never busy.
We ate dinner in the restaurant once as it was raining, and that was also very good.

All in all a lovely friendly comfortable hotel close to shops, Hoi A central, the old town and plenty of eating options.

Review: We were here to celebrate our son's 3rd birthday and the staff arranged ballons for decoration and cake for the event totally free of cost. They also helped us plan our tours to son sanctury. Food was amazing. Vegetarian option were available. We booked the family room and the washroom was huge and spacious. They also provide bicycles free of cost. The main tourist spot are just 10 mins away. The best part for us was a kids play area named kiniworld was just 2 mins away by walk and my son spent some amazing time in there. 100% booking this hotel for next Trip

Positive points: The room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Bathroom was clean and comfortable to use, large sink. Daily cleaning of the room was very well done by staff. All staff were very friendly to us, always greeting with smiles. The hostess, I think she said her name was “Sue” was incredible, giving us directions on places to go, daily greetings at the breakfast table, always checking to make sure we are okay and very easy to get along with.

Review: We love a size of room, especially bathroom size, breakfast is various and tasty. Not too far from old town.

Positive points: Staff were so helpful and kind, really went out of their way to help us. We had breakfast included, but the first day we came down at the wrong time by accident but they still gave us a great breakfast and helped us the best they could! They also gave us a pack up with coffee for the morning we left.
The room was nice and clean.
The bathroom was great.
They have a safe.
We got free water every day.
The location was great and right in between the beach and old town, only a short cycle away - although the roads get really unsafe and busy with it being so close to lunar new year. We even saw a couple of mopeds crash into each other. But it’s not normally this busy.

Review: The. Boutique hotel has everything one could ask for given the price. The rooms are comfortably big, clean and has the basic amenities. Places of interest are nearby including the Old town. Bikes can be borrowed for free if you want to explore Hoi An on your own. Will definetely be back!

Positive points: For us this was the perfect hotel for our stay in Hoi An. The room was large and clean with a massive bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the room came with all the normal accessories. The pool area is very pleasant and suitable for time out on a day bed and the bar made nice cocktails at a reasonable price. The buffet breakfast is extensive and has something for everyone, with eggs and pancakes made to order.
The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful with excellent service from Ms Dzung, who made every effort to look after our needs, checked in with every guest personally at breakfast daily and make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our only regret is that in our month travelling from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi we did not spend more of our time here.
My only suggestion would be that they buy smoked bacon for breakfast, this was common issue across the hotels in Vietnam but we did have tasty smoked bacon at one of our hotel in Hanoi.

Positive points: The system management was faultless. Every detail was thought of which made our stay seamless and felt cared for. Right down to the renewal of flowers when the room was cleaned.

Review: The staff are friendly and helpful to explain everything in details. The buffet breakfast is enough. The bed is comfortable with big bath tub.
The only thing is the wifi connection not stable, but we can just rest and enjoy!!

Positive points: The property was very clean and well managed. We had a small issue with a boat trip they booked for us but they ended up refunding the amount back to us. Great hospitality!
