Hoi An Rose Garden Hotel

Review: Mình book khách sạn để nghỉ ngơi cùng gia đình, ban đầu vấn đề nhỏ trong việc đặt phòng, các bạn nhân viên đã cố gắng hỗ trợ nhưng ko giải quyết được gì. Nội thất cũ đó ks đã hoạt động nhiều năm, máy lạnh chưa đạt yêu cầu nên phải xin thêm quạt máy. Lúc trả phòng thì bị thiếu 1 khăn lớn, chắc do thất lạc đâu đó, chứ ai lại đi lấy khăn đã cũ của khách sạn chứ.
Ngoài những việc trên thì nhìn chung là ok, nhân viên nhiệt tình, luôn hỗ trợ khách khi cần, bữa sáng đầy đủ so với giá tiền phòng. Nếu có dịp sẽ quay lại cùng gia đình. Hỷ vọng ko gặp những vấn đề tương tự.

Review: The Hotel staffs are very good. They rememeber each of our requirements and they are very helpful. They even talked to the Grab driver about the exact location we wanted to go. Ms Ha and her colleagues are very helpful and gave us so many options how to travel in Hoi An.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - perhaps the friendliest of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town and you can rent bikes to cycle out to the beach.

Would stay again.

Review: The location of the hotel is quite near from Hoi An Ancient Town (about 1.5km). I am so happy to stay here, the room is good with lovely view, it also has a balcony to spend night time with boyfriend. The bathroom has bathtub and clean. I love the light of the room, so romantic. I think I am so satisfied with the price and the room

Review: Good place for travel and business

Positive points: Staff are the friendliest I've ever met! Everyone working here made such an effort to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Rooms are clean and so is the pool. Breakfast had a good offering of western and Asian food with fresh fruit.

Review: Near Hoi An old quarter and bicycle will be provided free of charge. There are 2 swimming pools and the staffs are friendly and supportive. It was pleasant to stay here through our trip.

Review: The staff were very friendly. However we encountered a problem with the transfer to Hue which was organised by the hotel. I believe that the staff and ourselves were duped by an unscrupulous bus company and/or taxi.

Positive points: Staff, breakfast and pool. Easy to rent bikes and helpful receptionists.
