Positive points: People were very friendly however, didn’t speak too much English. Very helpful. The room had a little balcony that looked over the pool.

Positive points: Really friendly family-run place. Peaceful inside the hotel and a nice neighborhood, despite being a little way out of town. The hotel staff made beds and emptied the bins every day - very handy since we had an 18-month-old with nappies!

Positive points: lovely people and beautiful designer / boutique hotel with a family feel and lovely pool. Not close to the old town maybe 10 min bike ride or 3 min grab ride - perhaps worth it in terms of value for quality of acommo

Positive points: Good location with new and clean hotel facilities, easy to enjoy the swimming pool and open space. The Hotel also have a diverse room type for all families, group of friends and couple.

Positive points: Comfortable room with lots of light, there was also a small balcony. There is a nice fish pond inside the villa as well as a small swimming pool. The owners were very friendly.

Positive points: Whole place was designed and furnished beautifully. Room was lovely and spacious and everywhere was immaculately clean.
The location is away from the old town, which we liked and chose specifically. Grabs are easy to get to go into the tourist areas when needed. Lovely restaurant called Claypot around 1km away.
We also borrowed the free bicycles and had the best time cycling around the more rurual parts of Hoi An and down to the beach.

They offer a convenient taxi service, which was a lifesaver for me. It was so easy to get around, and I didn’t have to worry about navigating an unfamiliar place on my own.
What I loved most was the complimentary bicycle service. Riding through the streets of Hoi An, soaking in the local culture at my own pace, was an experience I'll always cherish. It's these thoughtful touches that make the hotel stand out.
The rooms are a haven of tranquility and luxury. Immaculately clean, with modern and perfectly maintained bathrooms, my room felt like a personal retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast, a delightful spread, was the perfect start to my day.
The hotel's design deserves a special mention. It's beautifully decorated, with each space showing a keen eye for detail. It felt like staying in a high-end design hotel, but with the cozy, personal touch of a boutique establishment.
