Review: We consider this rooms could have a bigger table set up which could be very handy, apart from that, the room is very accurate, the location is quiet far from the old quarter and it is not that quiet because of the night life surrounding, which even if it is to the other side of the lake it is still noisy

Positive points: The great reception we recieved from the hosts.They organised our day trip around Hoi Ann and the private car to Hue.Nothing was an issue for them.Very friendly and welcoming.Excellent room,very clean and roomy,quiet.Would definately stay there again.Great value for money.

Review: Clean, new, well equiped with a very good price

Positive points: Homestay style accommodation. Nicely furnished room with a very comfortable bed in a quiet setting. Location has a suburban feel with much less traffic and no tourism. Plenty of nice cafes around, though I did find that the food options were lacking and had to walk 15 minutes to find something suitable. There are free bikes to use. If you stood on the balcony you could see the artificial lake across the road.

Review: This place is located about 10 mins by bike from the old town so it's a bit quieter than the tourist areas. Although the owners didn't speak much English, Yumi (the receptionist) was over-the-top amazing. She made me a special vegetarian breakfast every morning (even cooking me a lavish lunch on my last day!), arranged tours, transportation, and laundry services. I was volunteering for a month at a local shelter and she drove me by motorbike quite a few times, and was overall just super friendly! The place itself was decent value for money, especially since I stayed next to the 2nd floor balcony, which was a perfect place to get some work done. The room was a good size and had large windows, a fridge, and a TV. The only downside is the sound really echoes through the halls here, especially if there's local Vietnamese families staying since they tend to be super loud, so bring earplugs. I would stay here again for sure.

Positive points: Comfortable bed, warm shower with great pressure, clean room, lovely hosts - we have been travelling south east Asia for a few months now and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in!

It is a short 25 minute walk, free bicycle ride or 7 min grab trip into the Old Town (costing roughly 35k). Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Review: I booked 2 nights but the staff told me that the room have a problem about water system. I guessed that my room was booked by others so I proposed to see the room but they declined and then they moved us to another guesthouse which have low facilities and no explanation. After that I complained this problems to the manager and She offered a lower price for the change. I think that the staff is dishonest.

Positive points: The family that hosted us is absolutely adorable. They are ready to answer all of your questions and are all very nice. It's perfectly quiet at night, and we really enjoyed the free bikes. Definitely recommend this place :)

Review: The stay was really nice, the rooms are clean but obvious signs of mould and crack and dirt etc ensure the 2 star rating. The people were so nice UNTIL they MOVED ALL OF OUR THINGS to ANOTHER ROOM whilst we were OUT. No warning, didn’t ask us, just came back to find a locked door and when we asked about our key the man became aggressive to someone on the phone and gave us another room key to which we found our things were now in that room. Her reason was, “another guest turned up to check in and wanted our room specifically so they moved our things to accommodate” Words can’t describe how disrespected we felt and disappointed.

Positive points: This is a great little villa by the lake. Le, the owner, and her family are very friendly and will assist you with all your needs during your stay. I love my time there and I would definitely stay there again.

Review: We stayed at Sun Lake for four nights. The room was overall clean and a good size. Flower and the staff were kind and helpful. It is a bit away from the centre of Hoi An but it was a 15-20 minute bike ride. You can rent a bicycle for free or a motorbike for a cost. We booked a room that did not include breakfast and found that it was a little overpriced compared to the rest of the city but it was convenient. Overall would recommend

Positive points: clean, friendly and good location. the staff were amazing, big rating from us! absolute dream place. free bikes as well, short stroll to the main centre, but quiet and dreamy! they honestly went out of their way for us.

Review: The staff at sunlake are very friendly and kind. The owner cooked us dinner one night and she speaks good English. Not close to town but if you like to walk easy walking distance or they have free bicycle hire for you. In between the old town and beach. Our bed was very hard and did not get the room we thought we booked as the pics they use are old, but overall decent stay!

Review: It can be a little far (2-3km) from Hoi An Old Quarters, but quiet and beautiful (a small lake in the front). The room is quite spacious for my family, the staff is friendly. Recommended if you don't want to be in the crowded and noisy downtown.
