Positive points: We had a great and comfortable stay with family. The host is friendly, accommodating, and responded to our queries facilitating our late check-in. Although there was no response on the hotline number shared, communication was prompt and smooth. The place is spacious, tastefully renovated, and very clean.

Positive points: Great apartmen for good and competitive price. The apartment is within walking distance to Hanoi Old quarters. Three big bedrooms. Safe neighborhood. Huong was very responsive to all my questions, addressed my concerns, and suggested places to go. And, she also offers tour packages which are very competitive. Moreover, if you purchase the tour packages from her, the tour bus will pick you up from apartment. That is very convenient.
