Oakwood Residence Hanoi

Review: Clean and well maintained.

Positive points: The facilities were unreal, we had access to the pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Hanoi.

Positive points: I liked everything! the building is welcoming and well decorated and well maintained. The staff is great, friendly, helpful, and speak English well. The view from the room to the lake is amazing and everything thing works. Several TV channels to choose from, beds are comfortable, and several nice amenities are available. The room also had a fridge, and a full equipped kitchenette in case we needed to cook meals for us or our children. The indoor pool is the star with a great view to the West Lake and with the perfect temperature. The breakfast is also great, a lot to choose from and quality ingredients. The outdoor space outside the hotel is very nice with a lake and a nice playground for the kids. Finally, the location is great, near many nice restaurants and near a small nice Vietnamese neighborhood where we can watch the locals do exercise and spend time with their kids. Really nice vibes. From now on, this will be my choice to stay everytime I need to stay a few nights in Hanoi.

Review: Hotel is half medium-term residences. Practical rooms. Well-equipped (only missing amenity was shoehorn). Nice sauna, gym, and pool. Solid breakfast (although it has capacity issues/waits for tables at peak times). Natto, miso, tofu, and kimchi daily which is great. Saba fish one day. No seaweed.

Positive points: Good facilities /amenities. Well thought out layouts. Good enough spread for breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

Review: Great facilities and the staff was super friendly. Rooms are super clean and comfortable as well. Just take note that it’s a 20 minute Grab drive to the Old Quarter.

Review: Booked for convenience of parking available. Breakfast could definitely be improved especially the coffee.

Positive points: I've checked in pretty late due a delayed flight but even though it was past midnight the welcoming was warmful, The staff at this hotel are very polite and professional, you can feel that this hotel has high standards! The room is very comfortable and the hotel is situated in a quiet residential area but pretty near the big lake, the breakfast is pretty decent but could be improved, overall my stay was very comfortable and it's a good value deal

Review: Stayed for 1 night as we wanted to be closer to the airport. Very comfortable, good value, friendly staff. Seemed more of a business hotel as a bit further out of the center. well run and easy

Positive points: Our apartment here was super clean and comfortable. Great bed and bedding. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Great shower with ample hot water.

Review: We stayed 4 nights here. While the hotel js clean and efficient, there are a few improvement areas:n1. Soap and shampoo are still using fbe small disposable bottles. They should already use the bigger refillable bottles to save the environment.n2. Bottled waters : staff is unwilling to gv more af requests. Most hotels, even cbeaper hotels, give at request.n3. Swimming pool: no service person at all.n4. Shuttle bus availability is not obvious or shared during check in.n
