Positive points: Really nice building in a great location with lots of cafes. This is a much more chill part of Hanoi than Old Quarter.nGreat view of the lake.

Negative points: No problems.

Positive points: The location was away from the tourist and fairly quiet.

Negative points: i had to pay cash even though the booking said credit card. My friends who were with me paid by credit card, and we all booked around the same time. The place was run down, it needs paint and there is no place in the shower to put your soap or wash towel. The shower layout is odd. The walls are dirty and the baseboards needs repair.

Review: Không cần lễ tân, mọi thứ rất gọn gàng, tiện lợi và riêng tư.nPhòng đẹp hơn ở trên ảnh, cảm giác rộng rãi hơn rất nhiều.nTrang thiết bị đầy đủ, tuy nhiên nếu được thì nên bổ sung 1 cái ghế cao chỗ bar thay vì chỉ 1 cái như hiện tại. 2 cái ghế còn lại thì quá thấp mà 2 cái ở cửa sổ thì quá cao.nView thì quá tuyệt vời, đáng tới từng xu! Cảnh hồ tây khi màn đêm buông xuống phải nói là chấm hết!nChưa kể thời tiết cuối tuần vừa rồi rất mát mẻ, đúng 1 combo perfect.nSẽ quay lại khi có thời gian, hy vọng lần này sẽ là vài ngày.

Review: Reasonable room price. The host is friendly and helped me check in early for free. The room is clean and private, with a decent view of the lake. It's also close to the center, so getting around with Grab isn't too expensive, and there's a motorcycle rental service if needed. It's about 40 minutes from the airport. Next time I'm in Hanoi, I will definitely come back here 💯

Review: Nam is a wonderful host. He is friendly and goes out of his way to help you. The home is stocked with all basic needs and has a washer and dryer that was very useful for us after travelling a long time!
