Review: The new hotel has clean rooms. It's my first time here and I really like it the design is simple and suits my taste. If I have the chance to come to Hanoi again, I will come back here. The staff is also very enthusiastic.

Positive points: Wow! This was an amazing property for the price. Everything felt new and the facilities were so clean and nice. The location is good too, away from the very touristy parts of the city but still walkable to restaurants and shops. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Review: This is a type of serviced apartment hotel, with new, clean rooms, fully equipped amenities, easy-to-find location, accessible by car right to the entrance, and very close to West Lake.

Positive points: Very modern, spacious apartment with all amenities such as kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine with dry cleaner, comfortable bathroom. The large balcony with a wide view of the Hanoi skyline was fantastic. nUnfortunately due to late arrival we were not able to use this facility as much as we would have wanted.

Review: Location close to the airport, with shuttle service. Beautiful, clean room, just like the pictures. Spacious view. Close to West Lake, Lotte, and many convenient shops and eateries nearby.

Positive points: Mọi thứ đều oke từ nhân viên lễ tân tới trang thiết bị và nội thất. 1 điểm cộng đó là vợ mình không chú ý thời gian giặt sấy nên quá giờ checkout 1 xíu nhưng nhân viên hướng dẫn tận tình và cũng không thu thêm phụ phí. 1 trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời và đáng tiền. Sẽ sớm quay lại trong tương lai.
