Review: The hotel is indeed a fine establishment. Though I did experience a handful of minor inconveniences, these were resolved with exemplary service by the reception staff. Their approach was consistently patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. One member of the team, in particular, who I believe is relatively new, demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism. The fluency in English amongst the receptionists was also very impressive. As for the accommodation, the rooms are clearly contemporary, well-appointed, and spotlessly. Lee.. United Kingdom

Positive points: This is such a nice hotel in the tay ho area in Hanoi. You can choose rooms with an in unit washer and dryer which is exceptional for a backpacker to take care of laundry themselves. I would stay here again and again. The staff is nice and even matched the price I saw which was cheaper when I re booked another stay.

Review: As a frequent traveller to Hanoi, I appreciate being in a place that feels cosy and like home and I found every stay with Moonlit very comfortable. The only thing I would love to see more in the rooms is a reading lamp which most rooms lack - in the evening it's nice to relax without having to keep the ceiling lights on. In addition, they are dog friendly and have a small garden where my doggie can hang out during rainy days which is super useful. The place is in a quiet location, but very close to many restaurants and shops and only 20 min away by grab from the old town.

Positive points: Clean apartment that looked new, good wifi, washing mashine with dryer, microwave oven, stove, comfortable bed, quiet location, nice staff.

Positive points: Very comfortable modern apartment. Relaxing decor. Helpful staff. The Museum of Literature is nearby. We found a vegetarian buffet and international foods in the neighborhood. There is a bar with a Latin dance night in walking distance.

Review: I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Moonlit Suites Hotel was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to warn others.nnAlthough the hotel appears to be relatively new, it is shockingly dirty and poorly maintained. The furniture in the room was stained, dusty, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I’m genuinely surprised at how fast the property has deteriorated – it feels like there’s no real housekeeping standard in place.nnThe housekeeping staff, especially a few of them, seem to have zero care or effort in maintaining cleanliness. It’s like they’re just going through the motions without any quality control.nnCommunication was another headache. Upon check-in, I was told to take photos of the hotel’s phone and WhatsApp numbers to communicate with reception. However, none of my messages were answered until I directly asked the receptionist in person why no one was replying. His response? “I have three phones.” – Not exactly a comforting or professional excuse.nnThe check-in process itself was a mess. They didn’t seem to know what room type I had booked, and the whole process felt unorganized and unprofessional.nnIf you care about cleanliness, hygiene, or basic hotel standards, this is NOT the place for you. The furniture in some rooms is so dirty it’s honestly hard to believe anyone is inspecting or cleaning them properly.nnIn short, Moonlit Suites Hotel might have been a decent property when it opened, but now it feels like a neglected, mismanaged mess. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or clean stay.

Positive points: It is a new hotel. They also accommodate long term rent to guests. Actually my stay was not too bad or good, but I dont like the way they asked me for the good review. They d better focus on real experience than asking for the gesture from their guests in the future

Review: The place is as described and no nasty surprises! Thomas on reception speaks very good English and gave me a nice 1 bed apartment on the 7th floor and after my initial booking with Agoda expired he matched the price for me so I could extend my stay! The local town/area has all you need but calmer than Hanoi centre - which is only a 10 minute ride away - or a hour walk if you brave it like me (nice walk with plenty of sightseeing and cafes)!nI would definately stay here again to experience the local vibes - and enjoy Hanoi centre with ease!

Positive points: Very happy I chose to stay here. A nice quiet area but also so close to things.Near the lake, so you have both city and nature. My room was so comfortable, clean and cozy. Very modern and new, with a nice bathroom The staff are friendly. And lots to do nearby. There's a great coffee shop Tapie and yoga centre zenith and a place to get a massage Amara just around the corner. It's 10 mins in a grab to the old quarter. There's a public swimming pool nearby and I rented a bicycle. Sol bistro had great pizza and wine. A Vietnamese vegan buffet almost next door.

Review: Room was good, quiet,nice bed, have washing machine and heater but a little out of the town.

Positive points: Beautiful, clean rooms. Great location. Plus laundry available in the rooms, so convenient!

Positive points: The room is very tidy and well-organized. Adequate facility and decent room service which are quite convenient for our stay. Acceptable outdoor view thanks to the fact that the reserved room is on higher floor of the hotel.
