Review: the proliferation of these airbnb type of rentals (i.e. non-traditional hotels without any receptionist) on Agoda is causing the quality of the listings to be UNRELIABLE. The contact listings on these rentals are usually out-of-date or line disconnected when calling for assistance. Advice to Agoda: make these type of listing owners ACTUALLY contact traveler and confirm booking AND current contact information! it took me almost 1hr. to find the correct contact for this listing and wasn't able to check-in until almost MIDNIGHT!!

Review: Over all good, had issue when checking in, no one at reception. Please make sure to call in advance and let them know to be there on arrival...very pushy while checking out.nnThe checkout time was updated to 11am instead of 12pm which was not communicated, hence had issues.

Review: We booked this place on agoda on 2 November and paid at the accommodation and again on 23 November. The second time was a disaster. Having travelled for hours to this hotel , we arrived at the hotel and called the number that agoda gave us. The hotel told us there was no booking under our name and ordered us to leave. We didnt get to stay at this hotel, there was no receptionist to welcome us, only a very rude servant came down to order us to leave and the hotel blocked our number. They told us we didnt pay for a dime so they could tell us to go away even though the first time we paid at the place. Its on the hotel policy. This is a trick for them to allow double booking to happen so they can maximize the number of order. Dont book this accommodation

Review: No receptionist and takes hours to finally get you checked in by the cleaning lady. Staff tried to give me the wrong room with no lake view. Then tried to charge me extra fees to pay them by card even though this policy is not listed anywhere on their listing. This place is not a well run business and seriously not worth losing your time.
