Review: Good brand name, living up to its standards of facilities and service but location is bit off from touristy area in exchange for tranquility and peacefulness of the lake.
Positive points: Beautiful hotel and view of West Lake. Delicious breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful staff.

Positive points: Lovely location going out on to the water of West Lake. Beautiful sunset views, great food and beverage choices, and the staff was very friendly.
Negative points: The rooms could do with an update, but they are clean and well maintained.
Review: The service and accommodations are excellent, as one would expect from an Intercontinental. Our overwater room was very tastefully appointed and offered a lovely view of West Lake. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Review: The best hotel we have ever come across. The view left us speechless every morning! Staff took hospitality to another level and the in-house massage services put us to sleep! Definitely staying here again whenever in Hanoi.
