Review: Clean and near ancient town

Positive points: Great location in a quiet alley, spacious room and very friendly staff. We rented out a scooter from the facility and used their airport transfer to and from Da Nang airport.

Positive points: The location is great, only a few minutes from the center and much less noisy. The room was nice, the owners are nice, there are a lot of hot water in the shower, which is very nice.

Positive points: The place is very close to the Old Quarter, like 3 min walk. Many options to eat outside and easy to navigate.
The place is comfortable, I had a good sleep here, but you could here sometimes noices from the city. So maybe get earplugs if you're sensitive for the noise. Mr. Thong is a very nice host, trying to make the stay nice. For the rainy days he borrowed me the umbrella. :)

Review: Near Ancient town and spacious room

Positive points: The rooms are clean, quiet place, walkable to hoi an town. The owner answer every query. Place is beautiful From inside. Room is big. Great place to stay.. will book again in future 😀

Review: Good location close to the main strip by the river but we were kept awake by Karaoke all through the night coming from a few streets away (you’ll probably have this issue anywhere as it’s quite a big problem in Vietnam and we experienced it in every city we visited).

The room had darkened windows I guess to keep it cooler. The bedding was clean and bed was comfy but the mosquito nets had holes in and my friend got bitten in the night.

The shower drainage system was a mop bucket and the the bathroom did get quite flooded after use but always dried by the next day. Lots of ants and a lizard in the room but we didn’t mind about the latter as a local told us they keep cockroaches away. Woke up to ants crawling all over my toothbrush and had to throw away, but the room comes with new ones for each guest so that was ok.

The key activates the electricity (lights fan and fridge) so you can only use the fridge when you’re in the room which was annoying as it was really hot and we wanted to keep water cool for when we returned.

The host wasn’t too friendly but he did do our washing for I think 35K a Kilo

Positive points: Best location, close enough to center, verry quiet to sleep, basic accommodation for the price nothing to complain

Review: Didn't get the room wich was on the picture as advertised but was ok for us.
There was a smell probably from the aromatizer they had in the room wich was for me a bit to heavy. There is no need for it.
Room was clean, nice outside garden and very close to the japanese bridge and the main tourist area.
Stayed for one night and was ok with it

Positive points: Good location very close to the old town and lots of restaurants and local street food nearby. Good coffee close by. Comfortable bed and big bathroom. There is a mini fridge and kettle

Positive points: Great choice and superb value for money. Rooms are big enough, very clean and comfortable. Staff are very kind and friendly. I booked it for a few days on the basis of the reviews and in particular the nice garden view.

It's right on the edge of the touristy Old Town, you are literally just a minute away on foot but, if you're not in the mood for the crowds and the chaos, walking in the opposite direction will take you to quieter streets, quieter cafes and restaurants and a quieter riverside walk. There are some great cafes and restaurants close by without needing to go into the busy tourist centre. (The lady at Càe Vang Phố on the corner is a treasure and 96 Cafe is a lovely riverside spot for a morning coffee)

Located in an alley off Hùng Vương which is a busy road, but the homestay is far enough away that there is no traffic noise,
