Hoianan Boutique Hotel

Review: We stayed one night at Hoianan Boutique Hotel and we enjoyed our stay, the room is nicely decorated and very clean, location is good where the night market is just outside of the hotel entrance, and not to forget the reception staffs are really friendly and very informative as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Positive points: Location is perfect, steps from old town Hue and in front of a daily night market. Rooms are in decent size, nicely decorated with balconies with views of the town and street. Staffs were warm and helpful.

Review: We only stay 1 night at this hotel, and when we checked in, around 11ish am, we asked the lovely receptionist - Anh, if she can refer any tour for kayaking. Then she recommended her frd who is having a company organising kayaking tour n watch for sunset. The whole journey is nice and relaxing, the guide is very friendly n speaks very good English, he told us a lot of story, and we ended the trip nearby the hotel which just a few mins walk from the hotel. Anh whatapp us during and end trip to ask us how’s the trip, and if we enjoy it.
On the next day when we waited for our driver to pick us up in the afternoon, we met Anh again, and she is so keen to ask if our trip is fine and she was happy to hear that we enjoy it so much.

Referring to the hotel location, it is right on top of the night market, but it wasn’t that noisy n busy at all. If u r very sensitive on sound while sleep, they may not need to choose this hotel, becoz we still hear some noises from downstairs when all kiosks were closing.
And it is walking distance to the old town.

The hotel itself is descent, value for money. Hot water in the shower room is very powerful.

The only downside is the breakfast, limited choices and the honey melon has weird taste. But there’re tons of cafe in the area, so no need to worry, u can go out to have sandwich and coffee.

Positive points: Good location just by the night market & old town.
Free bikes available & we enjoyed cycling around the rice fields & coconut forest and by the beach just a short ride from the town.

Review: Walking out the hotel will be night market.. perfectly. Swimming pools available. The hotel breakfast also variety. My wife vegetarian a lot choices. The best thing is the hotel provide free bicycle. You can just enjoys the breathing along the river. But there not always the grab car can come it in the evening time when turn to night market

Review: Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Great location in the middle of night market. Once inside the hotel, you can't hear the hustle and bustle of the night market.
Rooms smells a little musty. Opening the windows to air the room helps.

Positive points: The staff at the hotel were exceptional—professional, helpful, and thoughtful throughout my stay.
The room was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with excellent amenities. I particularly appreciated the proper separation between the shower and toilet that kept the toilet area dry.
Despite the hotel’s central location, the noise levels were surprisingly low. As others mention, the night market wraps up around 10 PM and is quiet by 11 PM. Even on New Year’s Eve, when the noise was higher, earplugs worked well to keep things manageable.
The bed was a big and comfortable double, providing a great night’s sleep.
Breakfast was also very good, offering a wide variety of options. However, if you go early, not all items are available as some are still being prepared, though the selection is still impressive.

Positive points: The room was so cozy (just right size) and comfortable. The staff was amazing. They:
1. Recommended vegetarian restaurants
2. Gave me directions to whereever I needed to go
3. Fixed my toilet immediately
4. Had a helpful security guard
5. Arraigned a car for me to take me to my next hotel (50 minutes away) when my Grab app wasn't working. The cost for the trip was less than I had previously seen available on Grab.
6. Allowed me to stay in my room an hour past check out since I was sick.
7. Were very friendly and attentive to the needs of all guests.
8. Had a laundry service that was quick and did a great job with special instructions.

Review: The hotel's location for us was perfect. Very convenient. Loved using the bicycles to explore. We stayed New Years Eve and were so close to all the festivities. The rooms were so quiet and private. Staff were very kind and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile. We will definately come back here.

Review: We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Overall, the staff were friendly and very helpful, making us feel right at home. Whenever we encountered any issues, they responded quickly and resolved them promptly. They also recommended excellent local eateries with reasonable prices and guided us on how to get there, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The rooms were spotless, with the housekeeping staff diligently maintaining cleanliness every day.

Kudos to the entire team for their exceptional service! We will definitely be back. A big thank you to everyone!

Positive points: My family and I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Arranging airport pick and drop was seamless. The check-in process was efficient, and we had helpful information condensed into a received information sheet. Smiling faces everywhere. It had a big, spacious triple room with a balcony overlooking the night market in front of the hotel—good sized bathroom. The buzz from the night market dies down by 10 pm and does not interfere with sleep quality. The aircon was working great. Helped us book a small group tour for my son (best tour experience for our whole SE Asia trip). Breakfast was included in our booking, and while 90% of the spread was the same, they changed a few items daily. The breakfast menu had toast, croissants, pain au chocolate, eggs to order, congee, fried rice, dim sum/cacao, pho, and spring rolls. The hotel asked about dietary restrictions upon check-in and the chef was attentive about it.
