Lavini Hoian Boutique Villa

Review: If you are looking for a sanctuary from which to explore Hoi An, this is the place.

Down a narrow road between two rice fields, Thao and his partner have set up a wonderful place to relax. Breakfast was delicious each day and we were able to get some quality recommendations for shopping, food, and activities.

Room was well appointed with comfy bed, fast wifi, and strong AC.

Location is a bit of a stretch to walk to the center, but the on property bikes are free to rent and scooters are incredibly affordable.

Would absolutely stay here again for our next trip to Hoi An. Happy travels!

Positive points: We had a wonderful stay at Lavini. The manager went out of her way with tips about things to do and even organised a custom trip for us, and we could borrow bikes for free. Our room had an absolutely massive bed, lots of space and views of the rice fields all around. And so many breakfast options! Recommend 100%!

At first, i was totally satisfied with this hotel.
There are many advantages.
1. All staff is really really kind.
2. Room condition is perfect. (Very clean)
3. Breakfast service is very good.
4. Location is good.
(This can be different for other perspective.)
It is fact that little far from old town. But this is why i recommend this hotel.
It was very noisy near old town. So we can have very cozy time in this hotel.
Also, you can borrow the bicycle from the hotel.
It was very good experience riding bicycle among motorcycle and car.
We used the basket tour service, massage, laundry service and sending service.
The owner provice all of this service with very cheap and reasonable price.
I am very sure of that you can be satisfied with this hotel.
It is a review but at the same time it is a letter for appreciating all the kindness that be given from the hotel.

Positive points: Beautiful rooms. The place is very peaceful and quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of hoi an old town. Transportation is easy because they provide bikes and grab is very affordable. Most of all the staff is very friendly and Peanut provide a lot of good information.

Review: Our trip to Vietnam has seen us travel from the south to the north. Once we arrived to Hoi An our trip instantly got better, this was thanks to Lavini and Thao (Owner). Thao always went the extra mile for everything we asked for, making the experience homely. He is very passionate about the hotel, which clearly shows well.

We were welcomed with open arms and the accommodation was immaculate - from the most comfortable beds, excellent staff and great breakfast. (Order the banana pancake!) We honestly could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location is perfect - in the rice fields and close to everything!

Positive points: Gorgeous little gem of a spot nestled in between the beach and Old Town, off the beaten path among quiet rice paddies.

Manager lady is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating.

their bed and towels were impressively new, high quality.
located in peaceful farm side, so it takes a while to get to the old town by walk.(2-30 min) but if you could ride a bicycle, (they rent it for FREE) it'll take 15min. I loved to ride to the old town.

Positive points: Great location in the middle of rice fields, just a 5-7 minute ride from the center. The rooms are well-insulated, ensuring a peaceful and quiet sleep. The breakfast is excellent, especially the delicious pancakes. The manager, Peanut, is incredibly helpful and friendly.

Review: I had a fantastic 3 night stay at Lavini Boutique Villa. It's located in a quiet and beautiful area just a short taxi ride or 15 min walk to the main Hoi An area. As Hoi An can get very busy it was nice to come back to the peaceful Lavini Villa. The room was great, good size and the most comfortable bed. The pool was most welcome after walking around Hoi An. The breakfast was very delicious, great choice. The owner and staff very so friendly and ready to help with booking tours and drivers. Highly recommended.

Positive points: Set in a great position off the main road down a dirt track with paddy fields behind so you are in the countryside but walk to the old town in about 15 mins. The beds are massive and very comfortable. Great pillows, lovely linen and big towels unlike many hotels. Rooms have a fridge, kettle and tea etc. The staff can't do enough for you and always with a big smile. Breakfast is
Was great with cereal, eggs, fruit and fresh juices as well as tea and coffee. They have a filter water machine for guests use.
There is a nice small pool mainly in the shade and many areas to sit outside. Nice walks and cycles in the area plus a short cheap ride to the beach when you have had enough of the crowds of Hoi An. Thank you for a fab stay. Will recommend to friends.
