Laoxao Homestay | Double Room with Terrace

Positive points: I love it! It feels like home to me, the location was so perfect. Few minutes from the beach and Old town via biking. The rice fields and the road by the river is super too! I felt so calm and the people were easy going too. Trang was so welcoming and warm. So friendly and kind. Great time and experience! You can cook and be in the garden when the sun is out and chill vibe if you just want to stay in.

Positive points: This is a fantastic homestay located in one of the best areas of Hoi An. It's very quiet, and we were fortunate to meet their four adorable animals—one puppy, two kittens, and an older cat. We also rented a scooter from Trang, which was incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily explore the area.

The room was great, with excellent air conditioning. The common area was clean and peaceful. We loved our stay, as it was very relaxing. For this price, you won't find anything better. I highly recommend it!

Positive points: There are so many things I liked! The location is perfect as you are a 10 minute bike ride to the beach, and 20 minutes away from the Old Town, but are situated in the peaceful Cam Thanh area which is very serene and beautiful. Cycling around the area on the guesthouse bicycles is a lovely experience. The owner Thanh is super helpful with anything by you may need, invited me for dinner with her and her friends and played pool a few evenings, I felt like a true local! The room was very clean and spacious with nice decor and AC. The garden out the front is very peaceful for sipping a morning coffee or reading a book in the afternoon as there is natural shade.

Positive points: We stayed for 5 days in a room with a terrace. It was on the ground floor at the back of the house, so it was great not too hot all of the day. Also yu have access to the kitchen, a shared fridge, a water cooler. The host even let us use her washing machine. She was very friendly and sociable.
The house is a bit far from center and shops, but having a motobike makes it easy to get around. The house also has two adorable kittens.

Positive points: Comfortable place to stay with great host. I was looking for my small piece of land after almost a decade of hard work. I was really appreciate that they listened to my story :) Great thanks.

Positive points: Great place to stay! Quiet. Rooms are really comfortable and the a/c works well. Owner is very accommodating and helped me book when I couldn’t find an available room. She is also very sweet and her English is excellent! Kitchen area is useful to make a little dinner or coffee! Laundry service available. Bikes for rent - 20k/day and the beach is close enough to bike too. A little area to sit outside in the shade !

Also Thu Hoi Water Coconut (Nipa) and basket boat is close. A must try!!!

Positive points: the people who run it, I crashed one of their lunches, used their bike one evening because mine unexpectedly ran out of battery, nothing was charged it’s just the sheer generosity of them, laundry is free, room is so worth of value for solo travelers

Positive points: Amazing location and very comfortable stay. The area is very relaxed and quiet which makes a perfect getaway spot. The views from the balcony are also beautiful. It's energising wake up such beautiful nature.

Cannot recommend this place enough! One of my favourite stays in Hoi An and I have been hostel / homestay hopping there for 3 months!

Positive points: Dang is an amazing person and the place just felt like a home to me. I stayed for 2 weeks.
