Hoi An Coco Village Homestay

Review: Host is very nice and polite but unfortunately, the room itself (the whole property actually) is dusty and moldy. Not a good place to stay if you're looking for a clean room.

Positive points: Absolutely lovely family who did their best to make the stay as enjoyable as possible! Nice hot water shower. Nice to be out of the touristy part.

Review: 卫生不是很好，房间墙壁发霉、床头柜一股味道、侧躺床上就能闻到很不舒服。一楼做饭房间会有油烟味和柴火味道、需要开门窗通风散去。卧室灯五个坏掉三个、阳台的小凳子是坏的、不小心会摔倒希望赶紧修理。
附近有个卡拉OK，声音特别大，无法好好享受安静舒适。

Review: Location was easy to find. Owners are very welcoming and assistive. They waited for me even if I checked in too late like 10pm. The homestay itself I think is newly built. The room I stayed in was so spacious and very clean, with balcony and windows, so relaxing. The bathroom was clean. Got no issues in staying here. Thanks to the owners!

Positive points: My stay was absolutely wonderful. I recommend everyone to come and spend a stay there. The hosts are extremely kind. They are very attentive and full of good advice. The room was very clean and quiet, 8 minutes by scouter from the center.

Positive points: Super clean, modern and comfortable rooms.
We were allowed early check in for a small fee.
Friendly staff and lovely surrounding location.
You will need a scooter to get around but the walk into town is also pleasant if that's your thing.

Positive points: the hosts where genuine friendly and very helpful. welcoming environment, clean room, big and nice bathroom, ac and fan in the bedroom. Calm and nice area with restaurants and natur. i’ve seen others in the area taking the bike. very cozy, recommend

Positive points: Room was clean and spacious! Wifi worked great! Owners were nice. A/C worked very well. Hot hot water. Free bikes to use which was excellent! Great to bike around the rice fields. Great restaurant near by - Hoang Alan with great food and prices. Mini mart close by. I would recommend.

Positive points: Great value for a room with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Also they have a few bikes, they let me take one for free, which was great.
