Review: Mood Hoi An is a serene resort situated in the middle of rice fields on the bank of a river. It is a very elegant, aesthetic and peaceful place where every minute feels like heaven! It has an amazing pool and very comfortable rooms with ample sunlight throughout the day.

The BEST feature of Mood Hoi An is its professional, cheerful and helpful staff, especially the reception staff Sunny and Erica. These 2 ladies made us feel so welcome and comfortable that we did not feel like leaving!

If you want to be in the best mood in Hoi An, choose Mood Hoi An!

Positive points: This hotel is a hidden gem! the staff were all wonderful (i was having trouble with allergies one morning and a staff member made me a hot ginger tea, so sweet!) Sunny at the front desk was so helpful. the facility is beautiful.

Review: What a beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Highly recommend the spa. My massage was fantastic and the therapist, Emily, was lovely.

Positive points: Our stay at Moodhoian was exactly what we needed as a young family of 4 travelling with my parents. It met needs from young to old. Would highly recommend for families, it’s out of the busy hoi an old town, without being too far away. Lots of space for kids to run around and for parents to relax and enjoy. Recommend!!

Review: I spent 2 nights here. What I liked:
- Refreshing air from nearby river
- Elegant overall design and style of the property. White and light colors give me a cozy feeling and a good mood
- Water is treated. Using the water tap and the given kettle, the water tasted better than the bottled ones. I was really impressed
- The room was very clean

Other comments:
- The entrance is a bit difficult, the parking lot is quite space-limited
- The restaurant was ok-ish, didn't offer many dishes

Positive points: I loved everything! The people and location. I loved how friendly everyone was and how kind and helpful they were. Will definitely be back here. Even down to the acoustic music playing all day I don’t think it’s possible to come here and not be instantly relaxed. Thank you to all the staff that made my experience so wonderful!!

Positive points: Sunny has a very organization skill from the first arrival to departure date. She took care of your feelings about the stay. She arranged massages, lunch right after the massages, arranged shuttle bus to Hoian ancient city and pick up so that I could maximize my tour interest although I only stayed one night there. Sunny could even rearrange the Ba Na Hills stay moving to another date because of the bad weather with good negotiation and communication skill with the hotel.
She is a good treasurer as well, Sunny found out I double paid the transport. She honestly informed me and organised the refund. It is very impressed me.
Lily was the second person who got the good comments. She fed and serviced us good at the restaurant.

Review: We stayed for 4 nights here. It was slightly out of town, which we knew, but found Grab the best and cheapest way of getting about. We had a slight issue with our room. Sonny delt with the problem at once and moved us to a lovely room with a beautiful seating area and comfortable chairs near the herb garden. The staff were all so helpful and friendly - thank you. The breakfast was brilliant and the bar drinks and snacks were priced well. The pool is great. We defo preferred the more relaxed out of town location. Thanks for a great stay.

Review: This hotel has provided an easy, friendly relaxed atmosphere. The staff are helpful and keen to proceed a pleasant stay.
Breakfast was excellent - options included continental, Asian and traditional grill.
The pool was a delight.

Positive points: Absolutely everything, locations, nature, facilities, pool, room, amenities... everything was as expected even beyond. Stuff was great, helpful ang welcoming, Lilly was a great host.
