Lakeview Residence Hotel

Review: Phòng đẹp, thoáng mát nhưng buổi tối hơi ồn vì sát đường phố. Nhà tắm không thoát nước, vòi hoa sen bị hư, các lọ dầu gội bị tắt, và vệ sinh không sạch sẽ lắm (không phải dơ nhưng không sạch 100%). Ngoài phòng tắm ra thì còn lại đẹp, ổn.

Positive points: Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, clean and well stocked room. I was able to check in a bit early. There are a few nice cafes within walking distance as well.

Review: I'll definitely be coming back here! Staff are amazing, room comfortable and amazing location! nI think one thing which would be better is if they didn't charge automatically for late check-out, but that's my only recommendation. My room got ants easily too. I'd still love to stay again and the receptio staff are the best!

Review: I booked a room with a balcony but they have just made a 1 foot balcony only so they can claim they have it. Although the room was in general neat and well maintained, the balcony is a trap. Some staff is really supportive with others are just trying to make you run around. One particular reception lady was extremely sweet and helpful though. nYou can book the lakeview room, and even the other one but don't expect a balcony in the other one.

Positive points: hotel is new and the room has special view with lake view!

Review: Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. We had minor issues with our bedding upon arrival but the reception staff were quick to help even when the housekeeper was off for the night. The place could use some renovations but it's good for the price.

Positive points: I liked the staff - they spoke in English and they were very helpful. Trust me this is handy in a city that most people don't speak in englishrnThey even assisted in paying for the taxi when i didn't have any cash. I reimbursed them later using card

Review: No hot water

Positive points: The location in Tay Ho by the lake, the new rooms and the easy customer service. And not to mention, i love the cafe right outside to the hotel entrance. Laundry on premises and my room was cleaned everyday. I kept extending my stay. Was here for 10 nights and it was the perfect base to check out Hanoi. Also the wifi was fast.

Review: Let me start off with the view. Amazing view of the lake. We were on the 5th floor and loved waking up to the lake view every morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good with many cafes nearby etc. we liked how the room looked. Now for the problems.nThe sewer smell coming from the drains is unbearable and fills the whole room. The 1st night we suffered. When we complained they blocked the drains which helped a little bit but the smell was still coming through. We had to buy a scented candle to help with the smell. There is no exhaust or ventilation system in the bathroom, so i think that is the problem. Also you can here noises from the road in the room, there are ppl working out to loud music at like 6am by the lake walk. So if you are a light sleeper that can be an issue. If they can do something about the sewer smell (i have seen others complain about this too) then it would be a amazing hotel.

Positive points: The location was decent and good price. We had a bad experience but management did try to make it right by buying us our return ride to the airport
