Review: We had a great time in this hotel, and actually extended our stay there. It is very central, clean, the room (deluxe with window on the 5th floor) was very nice and quiet. Special mention to the amazing staff who made the extra mile helping us in planning our activities, even after we were gone!

Positive points: Staff were above and beyond expectations, the hotel is gorgeous, and their breakfast is incredible. The hotel is close to a number of cafe's and restaurants as well as train street, easily walkable and not quite in the crazier chaos closer to the lake. Ideal spot & location, would stay again.

They are attentive, passionate and very helpful.nnWill definitely return.

Review: We stayed at this hotel 3 separate times on trips back and forth to Hanoi and other cities. We stored our large luggage so we only carried limited luggage to Halong Bay and Da Nang. Everything we came back the stored luggage are already in our room. The hotel is clean , staff is courteous , friendly and helpful. nn

Review: Lovely hotel. Staff couldn't do enough to help on any manner of things and were so friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean and comfortable .The location was perfect for us - next to but just outside the very busy Old Quarter providing a bit of calmness when we needed it.nnOne point to note, we booked a room with a window (which we got) but there was no view as it looked straight out on to a wall. It was fine but not what we were expecting. So if a view is important, better make that's part of the booking request too.

Positive points: It was such a beautiful stay for a very affordable price. The staff welcomed us with the most amazing attitude from the moment we walked in, they offered us a refreshing drink and made the whole check-in process a breeze. They decorated our room beautifully and happily answered our questions about things to do around Hanoi. The room was very spacious, clean, and the sound-proofing of the windows kept the busy street sounds away. The location is conveniently in the heart of the old quarter, only about 5-10 min from attractions like Train Street. I would love to stay here again!
