Positive points: Room is very cozy, we loved every bit of it! It’s about 5m walk from the old quarter, a lot of laundry around and good restaurant out front. There’s also a small store for necessities.

Host is very very helpful, even helped with our laundry without a fee. Very hospitable and very nice. We loved our stay with them!!

Positive points: The owner was super nice. The location is excelent, only a 10 min walk from the lantern boats and the old town.

Positive points: The family running it is so lovely! Me and my friend had a dorm with a private bathroom to ourselves! The location is perfect for wandering around. The place is super clean, and the breakfast is soooo good!

Positive points: Great location - bedroom + bathroom were clean and confortable. Breakfast was nice as a little bonus (highly recommend the pancakes :)...)

Positive points: I loved the room, very clean and quite new. Air conditioning and fan and window overlooking the street, very comfortable bedding and enough space. The owner is a delight and helps you with everything you need, such as directions, bus, laundry, cold drinks, etc. They let you choose between several breakfasts, which they prepare themselves, all very delicious. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Positive points: It was amazing!! The room was so modern and decorated in a lovely way, amazing ensuite and shower, large comfy bed and very spacious. The owner was very friendly and spoke good English, and let me leave my bags in reception on the days I was arriving and leaving. She cooked me banana pancakes in the morning too :D The location was walking distance from the river and night market. I can't believe it was this cheap for what I got!

Positive points: I loved my stay here, clean, new place. Mrs Vy is lovely and always happy to help. The location is very convenient and in a quiet area close to Old Town. Very recommended homestay.

Positive points: Super comfy with everything you need. Good shower. Modern things. Clean and cute. I would DEFINITELY go back. The owner is super helpful and nice

Review: Clean rooms, located just a 5/10m walk from old town. Friendly owner. Good water pressure in the shower room. Only negatives would be that the beds were rather hard though this is fairly common in vietnam and that the AC unit in our room was dripping water constantly, which caused a damp patch on the bed and a damp smell.

Review: Staff can communicate in english. Help me book the transportation to take coconut boat and airport.
There is a little bit moist small in the room but everything is fine.

Review: Stayed in 2 places in Hoi an. The other place maybe slightly better, however this is much better value for money. Short walk into town, next to a bike rental shop if needed. Clean room and very friendly and helpful staff. Few ants is only problem and the other accommodation we chose had a pool

Review: The homestay is reasonably priced and very close to the old town. The owner is super friendly and kind. I left a birthday cake in the fridge and when I took it out, I found that he had already prepared a lighter for me. It's a small detail but shows his thoughtfulness and enthusiasm.

Chủ nhà, ông Trực, thật sự rất nhẹ nhàng và tốt bụng, luôn quan tâm đến tình trạng phòng và bất cứ điều gì để giúp đỡ. Nhờ có ông, tôi có thể thuê xe máy và xe đạp một cách dễ dàng.

Vị trí thật sự rất tốt. Không quá đông đúc nhưng gần phố cổ. Khoảng 5 phút đi bộ. Bạn có thể thưởng thức cảnh sông khi đi bộ đến phố cổ.
Gần đây có nhiều nhà hàng địa phương sẵn có. Bạn có thể chọn bún bò, bánh mì, bữa sáng, bún chả, và rất nhiều món khác. Gần đây cũng có Winmart nơi bạn có thể mua trái cây và đồ ăn nhẹ được đóng gói đẹp và với giá cả hợp lý, cũng như các chợ địa phương nhỏ mà bạn có thể thưởng thức.

Review: Mình lên agoda book gấp vì chỗ đặt cũ huỷ phòng mình do không liên lạc được. Giá rẻ, phòng tạm ổn, sạch sẽ. Riêng tư, nhưng mà không cách âm tốt lắm đâu nha

Review: Giá cả vừa phải, gần phố cổ Hội An, ra đầu đường Hùng Vương sẽ có Win mart và cây xăng trên tay trái, bên phải là hướng về khu phố cổ, nhà thuốc Long Châu
