Review: Nice room, clean and spacious. Shower leaked a bit over the side so wet bathroom. Balcony.
Positive points: the twin beds were comfortable and a good size, the bathroom was clean and equipped with shampoo, soap and a hair dryer. the room was cleaned and towels changed daily. great location- within close walking distance of the market. we stayed here over lunar new year and the staff was still available around the clock and always very friendly and helpful!
Negative points: the walls are quite thin, but you get used to it quickly

Positive points: They have friendly staff including the cleaning staff. And the room was cleaned daily. And the location is great as it is a little away from the main streets
Negative points: The ceiling above the toilet bowl was leaking and there was mold growing on the blinder used for the window. The steel for the cloth hanger was too high to reach.
Review: We arrived here at 3am to check in and unfortunately the bar next door was still open and playing loud music which we could hear clearly though our walls until around 5am. The hotel offered earplugs which helped, It was a decent stay for us because we were only there for a few hours after coming off a flight and getting on a sleeper bus the next day but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. The staff were lovely and friendly though.

Review: Staff are very kind and friendly. Transferred us to the first floor for our convenience without any additional fees. Location is nice and convenient as local tourist spots are close by and there are a lot of food being sold outside. Highly recommend!
Positive points: Friendly staff assisted with tour recommendation, and room is clean. TV program is ok though only one channel. Location is ok though in small lane. the bed is quite comfortable. wifi is quite stable - both in the room and public area. hotel provided with umbrella for free rent in case od rainy. the free water bottle in the room is good. the fridge in the room is working.
Negative points: the toiletries are very basic, with toothbrush, shampoo and soap - no shower cap or hand soap. the room is small, location is ok but not that close to Ancient Town in walking distance as described. breakfast is not included. no tea or coffee provided, only cups and electric kettle. 10% discount in cafe next door with limited menu for breakfast. we can hear outside noises from our room. bathroom has no exhaust fan, so a bit damp.
