The hotel is located in a bustling area with great access to amenities, yet it’s tucked inside a quiet alley, making it very peaceful.
The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, equipped with a washer-dryer, a small kitchen, and both heating and air conditioning. The photos match the official website perfectly.

Review: Although there are steps leading to the hotel reception, the staff were quick to assist with our pram whenever we go in or out of the hotel. When I complained about the cleanliness of the floor, it was addressed during the daily cleaning. Very comfortable bed and great place to stay. Will return for the great staff service. Keep up the good work.

Review: Stayed here for the washing machine as we had a few days to go in halong bay and hanoi.

Staff was well trained and speaks fluent English. Didn't have breakfast as we couldn't wake up early. The staff were nice to allow us to leave a luggage while we went on halong bay cruise for 2 nights.

Bedframe was a hazard as I knocked my shin against it and had a bruise for days. The bottom coners were extended beyond the mattress itself. Just be careful.

Positive points: Staff members Tommy and Andrew were exceptionally nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that we get as much of this trip as we could. They were always willing to help, provide information, and facilitate our plans. I wish them all the best for the future and would rate their service 12 out of 10.

I have booked two rooms. when i aksed if we could get rooms for us and our children on the same floor, Tommy upgraded our rooms for free so that we could be right across from each other.

Location was excellent.

I didn't want to lose my seat for the train coming but my phone was low on battery and it was getting cold as I waiting 2 hours for an insta video post. They actually brought me my jacket and battery to me

Review: The excellence of this hotel reveals itself after a number of days in Hanoi for first timers. Firstly, it is very centrally located but still very quiet compared to other hotels in the Old Quarter. We had the 2 bedroom family apartment which is spacious, comes with 2 bathrooms, kitchenette and a washer/dryer. Breakfast is wonderful and is served at their sister hotel nearby. The kitchen pumps out delicious food with amazing efficiency, we loved the crepes for breakfast. Good water pressure and beds were firm yet soft, sleeps like a dream. Awesome place with wonderful staff especially Michael, who is almost a superstar on his own right, his easy efficiency is unmatched. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
