Review: Nice secluded escape. Facilities are great. They even have kids massage at the spa.

Positive points: Everything, it was perfect! I will definitely stay there again.

Review: Booked the charm villa, but the had to be shifted in the middle of the night to the trendy rooms in the main building. Our villa room had a faulty main door and issues with random phone ringing which was supposedly due to the rain, whole ordeal was frightening nevertheless. The villas are located significantly quite far away from the reception which just added to the whole issue. The trendy rooms are significantly better and cheaper somehow. The staff were able to understand our position and help us move into the main building and even adjusted the rate difference to other hotel services.

The good: breakfast, free shuttle bus to old town and Beach, helpful staff and scenic property, free bicycles for rent, good spa services (which were at 40% off), silk village tour.

TLDR: Avoid the villas, and go for the rooms. Save yourself the time, money and disappointment.

Positive points: The location is nice. Even, the property is also built very well, spacious rooms. Liked the bathroom area as well (open area, pebbles decorated & very spacious). They even arranged for additional veg food items for breakfast

Review: As a resident of Vietnam, I have been to Hoi An, in fact so many times I have lost count. The stay here at the Mulberry Resort is exceptional value.

Positive points: Beautiful property with great facilities. The kids loved the pools and the kids club. Good breakfast spread. And the staff are all very helpful.

Review: The staff is very polite and hospitable. The entrance to the hotel at first glance gives a feeling the hotel is small but once you go inside and look around, one can appreciate the spread of the property. I am frankly pleased with my choice of the hotel.

Positive points: The hotel is very close to the Hoi An old town, just about 5-10 minute drive to get there. Breakfast is good too. It also has plenty of space to relax, walk and take photos.

Positive points: Huy was a great staff member as was everyone.This Hotel needs a bit of upkeep and refresh as the rooms are large.

Review: Their cleanliness was not up to par, we had to inform front of house to clear neighbouring room service dishes that has been sitting outside for 12hrs in the heat and humidity causing more bugs to crawl in. Their rooms are a tad old. For the value, everything is fine except the service and maintenance of rooms could be better.

Review: The resort is clean, with a fresh and pleasant view. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, probably because I went down late. I like the light, gentle scent of essential oils in the resort, as some places I've been to have overly strong scents. Overall, I am satisfied with the amount of money I spent!
