Positive points: Really responsive host, bed is also very comfortable and there was a washing machine that we could use which came in very handy.
Positive points:
Room was bigger then expected. All was cozy, clean and comfortable. The description/instruction to get the keys were easy and simple.
Location is perfect, we are super close to the old quarter.
Negative points:
The only part that I didn't like was the payment part. On booking, it is described that we can pay by card, but in fact we can only pay via cash.
We arrive late at night, and the woman there refused to received the amount next day in the morning, so we had to look for a place to withdrawal an amount to pay them. So it would be good to have this info updated here, or at least be more flexible with payment. We even had to talk on the phone with another person, with makes me fell lie I was a scammer.
Positive points: Everything, the room was great and confortable, and the location ideal.
Positive points: The hotel is near the train street. The room is clean
Negative points: The bath has a hole. It can't keep water

The host was very nice, I liked the location and it was clean!
Negative points: Could do with some more upkeep, it looks a little run down. I booked the room with the bathtub but didn't end up using it because it looked a little iffy.

Review: The room is different compare to the image and you have to carry you luggges all the way to 3rd floor without the elevator
Positive points: Wooden bath is room was lovely, bed comfortable and good location. Extra sofa was a bonus instead of laying in bed to watch the free Netflix.
Negative points: Lots of stairs.

Negative points: First the picture has nothing with the apartment. We booked for 3 person and there is only one bed queen size. I had to sleep 2 nights uncomfortable. And bathroom somehow inside the room. Better to be honest and post real pictures.
Review: Chúng tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ thư giãn tại May Homestay. May thật tuyệt vời và khi chúng tôi đến nơi, cô ấy đã ra ngoài gặp chúng tôi để chỉ đường. Căn hộ nằm ở cuối một con hẻm bên tay trái. Có một không gian chung ở tầng hai và trên mái cho việc nấu ăn và nếu bạn muốn hút thuốc. Điều hòa không khí giữ cho không gian mát mẻ và bồn tắm thì thật tuyệt vời. Chỗ ở nằm gần nhiều lựa chọn đồ ăn và cách các cửa hàng cũng như siêu thị mini không xa. Cảm ơn bạn một lần nữa, May.
Positive points: The location is good, not in the old town but it's only a short walk. The room is big and had a separate seating area. Nice to have a fridge in the room as well. Comfy bed.

Review: Tôi cảm thấy rất thoải mái ở đây. Nó nằm ở một con hẻm yên tĩnh. Cầu thang rất dốc nên hãy chú ý nếu điều đó có thể là vấn đề với bạn. Họ có một phòng ở tầng trệt. Thật tuyệt khi ở một nơi khác ngoài khách sạn thông thường. Tôi sẽ trở lại lần tới khi ở Hà Nội.
Review: Homestay ở tít trong ngõ, để xe khó khăn. Phòng ốc nhìn ngoài thì ổn, vào trong thì thiếu đủ thứ. Không có bàn chải đánh răng, kem đánh răng, dầu gội và sữa tắm cùng 1 loại. Chăn, gối và sofa có mùi rất hôi. Nước uống thiếu đa dạng. Book phòng 2 giường mà 1 giường 1 sofa. Gối ở sofa cực kì hôi. Có 1 đôi dép đi trong nhà. Giày toàn giày đắt tiền mà không cho mang vào trong. Cực kì tệ.
