Review: We all had a great time here. The food was amazing and all staff were very friendly to us
Positive points: The rooms were very nice and had a great view of the mountains. There are many hikes near the hotel. The staff was very nice and the food at the hotel was good!

Negative points: There is a karaoke night in the weekend which is super loud. If you want to rest in quite place in countryside, should be consider.
Review: Ebino Puluong is small and lovely, and this season the rice is golden ripe, so Puluong is very beautiful. The two best bungalows here are 104 and 105, as they have an unobstructed view of the whole area. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. I will come back.
Positive points: Everything is nice except there is a Karaoke night in the weekend just outside your room till 10pm. For everyone who wants a quiet place to rest, not recommend because karaoke is super loud. For all the rest, all good. Nice view and good service.

They packed breakfast for us before the run and drove us to the race starting point.
The facilities were clean and the bed was comfortable. We would’ve just liked the second bed to also have the privacy curtains, as we stayed in a dorm.
Review: It has full amenities. Our group consists of 4 families with children. The resort has a play area for the kids. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The service staff is really great. If we have a chance to return to Pù Luông, we will still choose this place to stay.
Positive points: Could not recommend this property more! This was our best stay in Vietnam of 3 weeks travelling so far. The staff, facilities and tranquility were all amazing! We were upgraded to a bungalow which was perfect and quiet.

Review: Exceptional service and very supportive staff. Spectacular view over the mountain range.
Positive points: Staff were friendly and very helpful. They booked our onward travel to Hanoi and even persuaded the driver to drop us at our hotel. All for 650k VND. The bed was very comfortable. TV had Netflix!
Negative points: There were only a couple of other guests so there was no buffet breakfast and you had to hunt for staff if you wanted a drink etc. The whole ‘town’ was deserted despite there being many hotels and homestays. I’m very happy with my own company but it didn’t feel right. Nice pool but no chairs?? Also the bedrooms face out and there is a walkway in front of them so no privacy or curtains pulled. Also, the beautifully designed bath was made for those under 5’2”.
