Positive points: The most beautiful view and the friendliest and most helpful staff manager, which deserve the highest rating. This hotel is perfect for anyone seeking a more luxurious stay surrounded by nature. We didn’t find any options to eat elsewhere closeby, but luckily the food in the restaurant was very good. The pool was beautiful and clean.
Negative points: The only reason why we consider this a 9 rather than a 10 was the cleanliness of the bathroom, which wasn’t what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Also, the breakfast options were not as many as you’d expect from a 4 star hotel, which might have been due to the fact that there were no other guests at some point.
Positive points: NV cực kỳ thân thiện và nhiệt tình chỉ dẫn cho bạn các điểm tham quan ở Pù Luông. Mình đi không đúng mùa, lúa gặt hết lại sương mù nên không ngắm cảnh được gì
Negative points: Ăn sáng ít món, nghèo nàn. chắc do mùa tết vắng khách nên không có buffet sáng

Our experience at Central Hills Pu Luong Resort turned out to be a highlight of our trip, despite an initially disappointing situation with another hotel. Initially, we were supposed to stay elsewhere, but due to a booking conflict with a larger group, we found ourselves in need of new accommodations. Somewhat disheartened, we stumbled upon Central Hills and decided to give it a try for one night.
From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty and lush rice fields, the resort provided a serene and picturesque setting that instantly lifted our spirits. The friendly and attentive staff welcomed us warmly, and their hospitality was evident throughout our stay.
The hotel's manager had heard about our predicament with the previous hotel and graciously offered us a complimentary upgrade to a better room. This generous gesture made a significant difference and truly showcased their commitment to excellent service.
The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully taken care of, making our short time at the resort extremely pleasant.
Overall, Central Hills Pu Luong Resort exceeded our expectations and transformed what could have been a negative experience into a delightful one. We highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Pu Luong. The beautiful location, combined with the exceptional staff and thoughtful service, ensured an absolutely wonderful stay.
Positive points: Resort nằm ngay trên đường quốc lộ, đi lại dễ dàng nên xe chở bọn mình đến tận nơi luôn. Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, hôm mình lên may mắn săn được mây lúc sáng sớm rất đẹp. Nếu có thời gian mình sẽ quay lại một lần nữa.
Review: Eating at the restaurant is very boring. For breakfast, there are only a few options such as instant noodles, stir-fried instant noodles, fried rice, and egg sandwiches. There is no tea other than plain tea. The breakfast buffet is not much better, with only about 10 items including desserts. The food is very oily, and those who eat healthy will not know what to eat other than boiled sweet potatoes and corn because there is only one plate of pre-mixed salad with a lot of dressing. At 8:30, there is very little food left, and you have to scrape the plate to get food. There is no additional food, and there is pho, but there is no counter, so if you don't ask, you won't know. The staff is enthusiastic but lacks skills and professionalism. They stand at the kitchen door and call the last customers to come and get pho. The flushing water in the toilet is murky and looks like there is mud in it, and the water flow is very weak. There is no complimentary tea in the room.

Review: Đoàn mình đổi sang ngày khác. Bạn nhân viên đã đồng ý đổi rồi nhưng quên. Đến ngày khách ko có phòng để ở. Đoàn mình phải đi tìm ks khác trong đêm. Lỗi ở khách sạn nhưng không đc 1 lời xin lỗi, còn cãi và thái độ rất tệ. Sẽ ko bao giờ quay lại
