Positive points: The lady on reception called Phuong was amazing. She and her colleagues tended to my every need. They really worked together as a team at this resort and it’s clear they value their customers. it was a very personable experience and Phuong even took me on a walk to show me some local farmers and tell me about traditions. I also got early check in and late check out which I appreciated. Very memorable..thank you

Positive points: Amongst the three resorts I've visited in Pu Luong, Pu Luong Eco Garden was the by far most professionally managed. Staff showed so much genuine care, and the place is a dream thanks to its huge and opulent garden nestled on the mountain slope. My villa provided a lot of privacy and boasted a huge marble bathroom with XXL walk-in shower and very tasteful furnishings. The pool is gorgeous and thanks to its considerable depth and length great for swimming there is also a huge and beautiful terrace with seating and a great view further up. I really liked the food at the restaurant offered for lunch and dinner (with great views from the terrace), and the espresso based coffee is excellent, they clearly take pride in selecting high quality beans (available also for breakfast but charged separately). I also had a full body massage that was professional, quite relaxing (oil based) and incredible value for money. The location offers great views and the bat cave, a local attraction, is a pleasant one hour walk through dramatic landscapes (use a hiking app such as Komoot as Google Maps will send you on a 30 minute detour along a major road not quite as nice for walking).
Negative points: My room was huge but felt a bit austere as it lacked decoration, and I wish they had arranged the desk closer to a window in a way that one actually can enjoy the view. A luggage rack also would be a great addition. Breakfast was good but could be expanded, especially with healthy options such as cereal/oat flakes and nuts for muesli, yogurt (especially sugar-free low-fat one), and some wholegrain bread. While on some days you may have the whole pool for yourself, the number of lounge chairs can be insufficient if there is a larger group in the hotel having a lazy day at the pool (although the pool itself is large enough).

Review: We had so much fun here mainly because of the staff. We got the best service, with a private tour around the area and help with anything we needed. This is such a recommendation location and hotel, with thought about every detail.
Positive points: Room, outdoors bath, balcony with great Mountain View, very friendly staff specially Nhat with all his attentions and willingness to help.
Negative points: Restaurant may use a little more variety. We didn’t really understand what drinks were available, although this may have been due to communication, also slightly more pricey than other places around.

The property locates in a remote area which is very quiet and peaceful. The staffs are friendly & helpful, a bit innocent sometimes. The ambience is great for a retreat.
If there is any weak point, might be housekeeper need to do deep cleaning monthly to maintain better hygiene condition. The rest is just great!!!
