Review: Friendly staffs, beautiful scenery. Although they have no spa, pool and the price a bit high. Good hygiene, but limited menu on Tet holidays
Positive points: Beautiful views from the terrace and really friendly staff who were keen to help. The local area is absolutely gorgeous and there are some beautful walks.
Negative points:
They 'upgraded' us to 'deluxe bungalow', but we ended up declining the room - they were then kind enough to put us in the family room for a few nights. The deluxe bungalows are right on the communal area and the road, so very noisy, and are not bungalows - they're rooms in a building that is two up, one down. Neither the regular, nor the deluxe, bungalows are the size on the listing.
The food is all really expensive and of middling quality. It's adjusted for tourist tastes, so quite westernised and at least twice what it would cost you elsewhere. But there's nowhere anywhere nearby to get food that isn't overpriced and under flavoured. We left one night early as we couldn't face another day of eating there.
Review: The three nights spent at Gateway Inn were relaxing and recuperating. Feeling under the weather, the staff was incredibly kind and made sure I had a restful stay. The dorm room was simple, but clean and comfortable.
Positive points: Everything! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the place has nice facilities and beautiful views, the food is excellent, they help you book the bus, rent a bike or hire a guide. Everything is perfect!

Review: Enjoyed the view. Clean accommodations, nice patio. Very new accommodations.
Positive points: The gateway to a serenity, calmness, warmth and hospitality.

Review:
Location is stunning, prepare to be amazed
with the crazy view.
The staff are really as nice as people can get
I booked for a room in the dorms, and
actually(maybe because the place only exists
for three months) there were not a lot of
guests, so they just upgraded me to a private
room directed to the view.
At day, it was one of the best experiences I've
ever had, but then at night - I discovered that
the roof is actually a bit open (for decoration
reasons?) and loads of bugs fell on me while l
was in bed, and also a lot of animals made
noises up there.
I was about to give this place 10 out of five,
but this let me down a bit.
But! Because this is a really new place, and
even as you arrive and while you stay there
you can see them work really hard on making
the place even better, I hope (even believe)
that they will see this review, check the
problem and fix it as soon as they will be able
to
Overall- the stay wasn'tperfect, but I believe
that in the near future it will actually be!
P.S. - I got dinner at the same place, and the
food was also really tasty!
Positive points:
Very helpfull stuff.Good traditional food in the restourant..Our room was with view to the forest..Plenty of hot water in bathroom.
Thank you

I arrive in bus, I was the only one in the hostel, so they put me in a private Room (Even though I booked the dorm), it was really appreciated.
The one lady who speaks english was really helpfull, offering tea and always there for my questions (I was also the one so felt like a VIP haha).
Room was clean, unfortunately foggy but I think the view is still amazing (from the Room). Bathroom was good too. Food was good.
Rent for scooter : 150/4h, 250/8h or 350/overnight. The 4 and 8h included gaz, not the overnight.
I then took a bus to Ninh Bin around 13h30. I Highly recommend, great hostel!!!!
Go see the big cave : it is awesome! Way less touristic then elsewhere I’ve been. Have a good trip!
Positive points:
Really good and attentionate staff. Nice location if you rent a scooter to drive around (required in the area).
Good food (a bit expensive for vietnam standard).
Really nice view from the restaurant terrace.
Negative points:
Sound insulation was really bad in the room.
Bathroom cold in January.
Review: This room's great! It's got an awesome valley view from up high. The hotel even has a bus from Hanoi, and guess what? It drops us right at the hotel gate. It's a small but super cozy place. Easy to stroll through villages and cool to rent a motorbike for nearby spots. The receptionist was so helpful. I totally recommend this hotel for folks seeking convenience and proximity to the region's highlights.
Positive points:
The staff is amazing. They are attentive, friendly and we have the best time. Rooms are super clean. Location is great, breakfast ist THE BEST.
Showers are great, very hot watwr
Negative points: Nothing

Cảm ơn
Positive points:
Very good location and friendly staff. The view from the room was nice.
The breakfast was really good and we enjoyed self service of coffee and drinks.
Negative points:
They asked us if we are okay if they can make little fire because its cold and they warned that there will be littlebit of smoke. We said that little smoke is no problem. After few minutes the room was smoked out and other hosts asked them to turn it off. After that we just turned the fan and all was good.
We didn’t try the food in the restaurant because we felt like its rip off.
Review: Homestay vị trí mặt đường thuận tiện, có view đẹp, ăn uống tạm được, cần khắc phục thêm về đèn chiếu sáng ở khu ăn uống và wc, mình ở B2 vòi xịt cứng khó dùng
Positive points: The view from both the terrace / restaurant and the rooms is amazing. The staff is lovely and helpful.
Negative points:
The restaurant is too expensive for Vietnam or the quality of the food in my opinion. I believe part of the reason for the hefty price is because of the remote location which is understandable to a degree.
My biggest problem was the isolation of the rooms, or rather the lack of it. The rooms are not completely separated from each other and from the outside which means that you can hear the neighbouring room perfectly and there is no temperature difference between inside and outside unfortunately.

I arrived at Pu Luong late last night on my motorbike, and stumbled upon this impressive hotel by chance. I checked it out online, saw it was relatively new, and still decided to book a room after a quick chat with the friendly staff. The stay turned out to be absolutely nice my room boasted a spectacular view of the valley. Mornings on the balcony were pure bliss in the scenery until the sun lit up the whole place.
Traveling by motorbike was super convenient. The hotel staff hooked me up with great suggestions for exploring, making it easy to reach the cave and waterfall. The journey through scenic villages was an added bonus. If you're all about convenience, this hotel is a simple and solid choice.
Positive points: Very good team
Review: The hotel is super comfy, and the staff offered a full-day hike to far-off places starting right from the hotel. It's a good call to go trekking when it's not raining much, so you can enjoy the terraced fields, even though there's no rice growing at the moment. But everything around here is untouched, and we met local folks, chatting with them as we went along. Everyone was really friendly. They get up early in the morning, walking about an hour through the mountains to reach the market. They carry all sorts of stuff, including food, veggies, and things to sell. Even with all that, they still smile when they see us. I really like the people here.
Positive points: Stunning views. Interesting layout with nice rooms close to the main restaurant. Very friendly staff. Tasty food. Would happily return.
Negative points: No small table in room close to charging point.. same for kettle.
