Negative points: the wreiten number, one person took the phone but they would say 'we only manage Agoda, I don't know your booking on bookinf.com so call to the booking.com' customer center. nnthe reason 'few review' , nnow I can write down review because it just confirmed even thought I ask cancelation to customer center for 2housrs. I couldn't stay there. nnwhen you get the accommodation, you need to call to customer center for 2hours for cancelation. but you wouldn't be allowed. nI waste time for 3hours and money. nplease be careful in vietnam, they can not understand English even.
