Review: Spent a night here with a group of 3 friends, we are all satisfied with the room and everything.
Positive points: Clean, affordable, close to the exhibition centres. Room was huge. 2× aircon to really keep the whole place cold.
Negative points: Cleaning staff were chilling & when I asked them for a toilet roll they weren't very happy since there was already one there. But I'm staying 3 nights so since they're outside my room I decided to ask for an extra. They also removed a towel which I placed on the floor without replacing it. I told her it's ok I put it there but she continued to remove it. I think that staff thinks she's my mommy 😂nnTheir shampoo had a rotten smell. I think the shampoo was left in the bottle for very long & when I told them to change it, they simply refilled it so the rotten smell was still there🥲
Review: The room with 2 beds has 1 bed in a private room, a very convenient 2-in-1 modern design. The staff is warm and attentive. Thank you.

Positive points: Khách sạn căn hộ sang trọng , phòng rất rộng , có phòng khách riêng tại căn hộ để mình tiếp khách , bụng mình kém ăn uống rất khó nên bếp tự nấu ăn trong căn hộ đúng là vị cứu tinh của mình . Nói chung là mọi thứ đều ổn.

Review: I and you went to Hanoi to see a concert and booked a room near the show location. The hotel was very friendly, clean, and the staff was attentive and polite.

Review: There is a parking lot in front of the hotel, the room is comfortable, fully equipped, and relatively clean. The location is convenient for getting to the center and shopping centers like BigC, Vincom... Thank you to the hotel for upgrading the room without additional charges during the holiday season. Note: Drinking water in the room is charged at 20k per bottle.
