I spent a very happy three nights at this beautiful and exceptionally clean hotel. Breakfast was a huge and delicious buffet and the room was comfortable and well-appointed.
Best of all were the hotel staff - especially Nana and Martin, who went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. They were efficient, friendly and professional. Thank you - I’ll be back!
Positive points: Close proximity to everything. Friendly staff
Negative points: Wish there are more mirrors in the room. Or at least 1 whole body outside the bathroom.

Positive points: Convenient and a stones throw away from the old town. Everything was convenient and all within walking distance. Facilities were clean and beautiful surroundings. Will definitely be staying here again if I ever visit Hoi An again in the future.
Review: Absolutely amazing. They have an Italian manager who brought over an amazing wood fired pizza oven, top quality food and service and are actively working to be a 5 star location but we only paid 3 star prices.

Review: Exceptional value for money and the 2bdm suite was spacious for our family of 4 (2 teenagers 16 and 13). Really close to old town as well
Positive points: Comfortable double room ,good shower. Breakfast with lots of variety included. Good location. Excellent spa massage a few doors away. We used 24 hour laundry service which was good.
Negative points: Room door on a corridor which is open to pool area below so could be a bit noisy. Double room was a bit small and lighting a bit dull. Lobby toilets do not provide loo roll. When I asked she said they don't provide as guests throw in toilet instead of bin. Take your own. Poor for a quite expensive hotel. Pool was cold as does not get sun. No happy hour for drinks by pool. Was a bit disappointed in general but on the whole was ok.
Review: The hotel was nice and quiet, staff was friendly, rooms were rather small. The hall had some odor which got into our bathroom. Overall the stay was fine.
Positive points: This is a lovely place to stay in a convenient location. The staff were very professional, helpful and attentive. The whole place was very pleasant, the room was a good size and the pool area was really cute. I was unwell while I was there and the staff were very helpful and kind. I didn’t have any of the breakfast but my friend said there was a good selection.
Negative points: The only odd thing was the huge window between the bathroom and bedroom, but we found it very funny and there was a blind for privacy. There was a bit of noise from the street but nothing major.

Good room for price. Breakfast was the best one we had so far in Vietnam that combines traditional food with western regulars.

Positive points: Great stay. Really helpful staff. Room good value for money…. Not amazing but for the price was ok. The Spa was really great and the staff there were lovely. Great location for Hoian old town
Negative points: Pool was freezing! 🤣 breakfast finished too early for us….. perhaps we are just lazy?

Review: The hotel is close to a lot of attractions such as Hoi An memory show, Ancient Streets, 10 mins drive to An Bang beach. Room is clean and spacious. Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Positive points: Location and pool is good
Negative points: Quality of food at the buffet breakfast was not so good.
