Ancient Terracotta Villa

Review: This hotel is about 30 min walk from the old town of Hoi An.
The pool area is small but most welcome after a long day exploring
Staff are friendly but don't speak much English
Breakfast is basic but sufficient
Nice place away from the madness at the centre

Positive points: the location was good and the accommodation comfortable with nice pool, staff were very efficient, problem with a/c in my room, they dealt with very swiftly

Review: Hosts are really great, clean room every day including clean towels, pool was clean, about a 20minutes walk from the old town.

Positive points: Lovely house, amazing value for money and lovely people. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive points: We arrived early off an overnight bus and were so tired. The hosts kindly gave us a room to sleep in for few hours and then checked us into our room early. It was so kind of them, would highly recommended staying here. Such a lovely property and really nice pool.

Review: The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, and fragrant. The host is extremely friendly and polite. A perfect 10 for quality, I will definitely come back again if I have the chance.

Positive points: The owners were very kind. Bit of a language barrier but that doesn’t matter - use google translate. They always smile at you. The room was very clean and they were very attentive with keeping stuff clean. Would really recommend. Bathroom was nice too and air con worked well.

Review: If you dont mind about kitchen and love the pool, near the Ancient Hội An area, close to the An Bang beach (~4km ) then this villa is ideal for you. New and basic covenient equipment. Nice host. My familly had a great time of 3 nights here. Want to back again. Thanks.

Review: It was obviously my best stay during the whole trip. I loved it so much I extended 3 times. The room was incredibly clean with a nice bathroom and soft beds. The breakfast was always served fresh and cooked with love. You can tell the family that runs the place really love what they do and they treat you as a guest not just as a customer. There’s a nice pool too. Would never stay at any other place if ever come back. Thanks.

Positive points: Very friendly staff and clean environment, even pool was diligently checked and cleaned. A bit outside old town but you get the advantages of having coffee cheaper and still excellent and quiet for good nights of sleep :-)

Review: Very nice guesthouse even tho it looks better in pictures. Cleaning standards weren't as good as i have been used to in other similar places in Hoi An (mold in water cooker etc). Pool area was very well maintained and breakfast was good. Staff was also very nice but their english isnt good enough to have a conversation. I think the area is very good, right next to bus station and short trip to town or beach. Cheaper and better restaurants close by than in old town.

Positive points: The hosts of this villa are really fabulous. They are so kind and friendly. They went out of their way to look after us, even offering up treatments for a sore back! Breakfast was excellent and cooked freshly to our liking each morning. The pool is stunning! We enjoyed the location as it was between the old town and the beach, both just a short scooter ride away. Plenty of local spots to eat in walking distance as well as some mini marts. We would definitely stay here again.
