Review: Overall quite good. The homestay is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Positive points: One of the best value hotels you will find in Hanoi. Room is big, spotless, and light. Big fridge. Real cosy blanket for winter. Nice powerful hot shower. Clear instructions for check-in. The highlight was the awesome 'egg chair' to chill in - makes such a difference having a big comfy chair in a room.nnOh yeah and the location is perfect for anyone not wanting to spend their time in the touristy old quarter. You're close to West Lake, and some other small lakes with cafes nearby. Obviously, you're surrounded by great places to eat too nnCan't ask for anything more!

Review: We booked a room on the top floor with a balcony view of the plants. Overall, the room here is clean and has all the amenities such as a refrigerator, air conditioner, fan, dryer, etc. The entrance gate is convenient. The owner is very lovely and enthusiastic. nAdditionally, the minor drawbacks include very narrow stairs and a bit of tightness when going up to the upper floor. Since this is a homestay, you need to be responsible for maintaining cleanliness. nFor 4 days here, I am quite satisfied and would choose this place again if I have the chance to come to Hanoi.

Review: Thông tin trên Agoda là phòng tại Liễu Giai nhưng đến sát giờ check in báo điện hỏng, không ở được phải chuyển sang 34 Trần Đại Nghĩa. Tới nơi mới biết phòng trên tầng 3, cầu thang inox nhỏ và trơn, bên dưới là nhà trọ. Phòng hôi, khăn mặt-chăn gối cũ, thiếu tiện nghi ( nước lọc, ấm đun nước, v.v.. cũng k có). nSau khi ở mới biết thực ra phòng bên Liễu Giai k vấn đề gì, vẫn đang hoạt động bình thường. Cảm giác bị lừa dối.
