Unicharm Cruise Halong

Review: We did the 3 day 2 night tour which was excellent. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Food and service on the boat was excellent. Our tours including kayaking, hiking, cave tours and cycling were all great experiences. Our guide, Quang Quick was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. A highly recommended trip!

Positive points: Great itinerary and staff. Didn’t feel too touristy.

Review: Great itinerary though I do wish it does go to the Sung Cot Cave. The kayak and bike ride definitely are our highlights

We stayed on the first floor so there is barely any WiFi signal though other floors do have WiFi

Positive points: Thus cruise is unique in that it goes further beyond Ha Long Bay and takes you to the much quieter Lan Ha Bay. The boat is nestled among the beautiful islands and most of the other boats you see will be local fishing vessels, not all the other cruise boats! The itinerary is packed with activities like kayaking, trekking, squid fishing, and bike rides. The crew works hard to make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable and the food is AMAZING. THE BEDS ARE SO CONFORTABLE! Our guide for this trip was Hieu who is a true asset to the company.

Review: Lovely 2 day cruise in Halong Bay that goes to a less traveled part of the bay. We stayed on the ship instead of the hiking/resort option and it was a beautiful day of scenery in the bay. Did kayaking on both days. The food is good not great. Great value for the money. Highly recommend.

Positive points: The crew was kind and helpful all the time. Our guide, Mr. Binh was excellent, very friendly and gentle during all the activities, giving us a lot of interesting information.

Positive points: Even though this is a very tourist area, they manage to stay slightly away from the crowds. Great facilities, excellent food, and great activities.

Review: It goes without saying that Halong Bay is amazing. The unicharm boat and staff were also amazing. The food was good. The activities were fun. Definitely sign up for the 3d2n tour. You will want the extra time.

Special shout out to our guide Quang Quak who was fun, funny, kind and knowledgeable. He made the trip extra special.

Food is ok (desserts missed) no drinks included, rooms are very nice and comfortable.
Kayak activity is superb as well as cycling was very nice!!!
The cooking class and fishing.. meeh, not great..
FYI They offered to pick up from Hanoi and drop off in Ninh Binh. 25 usd per person.
Worst experience in my whole trip!!! In the bus after the cruise, we drove 7 hours instead of 3, bus followed a different road and went in the middle of a city full of traffic, also because we were stopped for 2 hours with no reason and driver was very rude, he wanted us to go to the bathroom in middle on nowhere in the plants!!! We were so tired and loosed the whole day in bus (traffic was reason for like 30-60min delay,, but not for the 4 hours…

Review: An excellent experience of a short cruise on a lovely ship BÌNH our guide and the crew were amazing to ensure we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The activities eg kayaking cycling swimming were well designed and planned. We enjoyed our time and it is a cruise that is highly recommended.

Positive points: The Unicharm Cruise was great because their itinerary was a little different from the other cruises. We did the one night option. We docked a little farther from the regular bay and it felt a lot more private because of that. We were only 11 people on the day so it was very nice and the group actually bonded. Our cruise guide, Hieu was fantastic. He had a great vibe and made it quite hospitable and fun. We had a lovely kayaking trip the first day, came back and made spring rolls then did some fun karaoke. Our corner room with the balcony had a lovely view. I haven't tried the other cruises but this was definitely fun.

Review: It was a wonderful experience on the cruise to Lanh ha bay. Activities included kayaking, bicycle ride on Cat ba island , cooking. Staff were very kind and helpful. Excellent service . Was very happy with the vegan, vegetarian meals they provided us .

Positive points: The pickup and drop off was perfectly organised, and the tour was very professionally coordinated. The boat was comfortable and spacious, with the right amount of people. Our tour guide Tiger was a lovely character and tried his absolute best to make it an enjoyable experience. The itemerary of activities was also fun. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Positive points: The food was great, the tour guide was very attentive and helpful, and he made it an amazing experience. The place was clean and the drinks were cheap overall.

Review: Did the two days one night option and the experience was phenomenal. Ha Long Bay is breathtaking and our tour guide did an excellent job answering our questions and taking us through our activities. Highlight of the trip was an early morning bike ride through Cat Ba village.

In particular, Quang was so helpful and knowledgeable, making everything run smoothly!
The rooms were lovely and beds were comfortable. We tried so much delicious food!
There were so many opportunities to do unique activities like Kayaking through Lan Ha Bay, Cycling on Cat Ba Island and trekking up Ngu Lam.
Such a fun and welcoming experience!
Would wholeheartedly recommend it - and definitely ask for Quang!

Positive points: Our tour guide Tiger was amazing, he had so much energy and was always on top of the organisation. He made sure everyone had an amazing time and was all round a great guy! The food on the boat was really impressive and the beds were super comfy - we had so many fantastic experiences on this tour.
