Simon House Hoi An

Positive points: The room was amazing, so comfortable, great air con, and lovely amount of space. Beyond this the stay was made my favourite in Vietnam by the hospitality of Simon! She was so friendly and welcoming, and helped us with advice on the area, potential activities we could book and arranged our overnight sleeper so we could continue our travels with ease. A lovely home cooked breakfast also always helped start our days just right.

Positive points: One of the best hosts I ever had! She helped me with everything I needed, whether it was booking a tour, or a boat trip, or finding a restaurant... For my departure, she booked my morning bus to Hue for me, and even packed me a delicious breakfast to eat on the bus.
I felt at home at Simon's house. The room was clean, big, and very comfortable. I loved the bed, I slept very well. The location was also perfect for me. Close enough to walk to the historic center, but in a quieter area. Also, when I visited, the old town was flooding and I was very glad to have picked a hotel on a street that stayed dry!

Positive points: Amazing modern property with the best host family. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. And the location is perfect - out of the chaos but close walking distance to town (15-20). Also good local gym a short bike ride away. Scooter hire 150k. Bike hire 30k.

Positive points: We had a lovely stay at Simon house! Nice spacious and clean room! Good beds and great bathroom. Great breakfast with great fruit and choice of pancakes or eggs. We also did laudry service and rentes bikes to visit the countryside around hoi an. Great place to stay at hoi an! Great value for money! Thanks Simon

Review: Chị chủ nhiệt tình dễ thương, ksan mới tinh, phòng tuy hơi nhỏ nhưng nội thất đẹp, mới, hợp lý. Ở 2 người quá okila. Bồn tắm to đẹp mê luôn. Gần ksan có quán chè thưng Lệ siêu ngon. Lần tới quay lại HA nhất định sẽ quay lại ksan

Positive points: exceptional stay at Simon’s house, probably one of the best that ive had in Vietnam. the room was perfectly clean, new and comfortable. had a very lovely breakfast too! only stayed 1 night but would have loved to stay longer. perfectly located 10min walk from the city center, so a much quieter area. you can also rent a bicycle (new) from the host. Simon is an incredible host! she helped with transfer to the airport too. want to stay here again when i’m back in Hoi An

Positive points: Simon made us feel right at home from the get go with a welcome drink and a chat about things to do in Hoi An. Always just a text away, she was able to help us book buses to our next destination and provided bikes to help us get around town. Everything was seamless and we were genuinely sorry to be leaving Hoi An and Simon's house! Would definitely recommend staying here when in Hoi An. It's a bit outside the ancient town section but the 15 minute walk in along the river is great
