LushStay Cozy Hostel – Hanoi Train Station

Điểm trừ: If you are above 180cm, you ll have some issues laying straight flat on the bed - it is kinda on the shorter end one (1st floor) .
The entrance is... Sketchy, kinda demolished, would be easy to break in tbh.

Điểm trừ: Hard to get inside because of passcode. I got locked out once. 😭

Điểm trừ: The other Roomates were horrible.
Room had no real walls, really noisy.

Too small Beds. Not for people 1,8m+++

Host not doing anything about it

- It's pretty dirty
- No common room

Điểm trừ: The hooks were put right in the head side of the bed so the towels or whatever would be a little in the way. It’s a bit noisy, but my main issue was with who I believe is the owner of the hostel. He would barge in randomly and leave the door open for all the city air to come in, shut off the AC while we were in there and trying to escape from the outdoor warmth.
Talk at full volume at like 730-8 in the bunk room rather than out in the common area, just kinda seemed a little inconsiderate of the guests.

Điểm trừ: Personel had no idea about our reservation (fair enough, we booked it one hour before our arrival), however, they seemed to be disappointed (?) about our arrival.
It was really confusing, I didn't know whether we should stay or look for something else. Although, later, the host was helpful.
The downstairs bathroom was not really clean. However, there was another one, quite better upstairs.
